Even though I upgraded the parlor to level 2, my MC can't level up past level 10, and as a result, I can't progress in the massage skill tree. Does anybody know if that is a bug, or if I need to fullfil any other prerequisites to push Ed's level to level 11 and beyond?
It seems buggy. Levels can grow right after upgrading the parlor to lvl 2, but they can jump from 10 to 20 few days after upgrade. Have to kill one mob (any) to get promoted anyway.
The answer is ridiculously simple: It's a bug. Just save then load and voila, you can level up to 20...
I had enough exp in pockets to jump straight from 10 to 20 after killing one blue slime.
