I'm trying to see it that way, but the position of her elbow just doesn't let me - still looks like a (mistaken) attempt to draw an arm around the blonde (as in a continuation of her left side, below her left breast). Oh well.

This is the defeat scene for the boss so she's raping the MC, hence the the MC's arm is restrained like that rather than fingering her back. That being said their outline still doesn't explain the weird flab of flesh, sure it might explain the bottom half (though if that's meant to be the arm it looks really off), but the top half of that flab of flesh makes no sense. It physically cant be part of the MC's body, but it also makes no sense to be part of the other girl's, as it looks more like something wrapping around her midsection rather than actually part of the body.
