Never mind I figured it out. In order to engage Alice in prostitution, you need to have at least 30 karma, 200 desire, and NOT be horny. If you're horny, Alice will instead proposition whichever man you interact with for unpaid sex.

Sorry guys, I started this translation as a hobby, however, due to unexpected private matters in my life I will not be able to finish it.
