I created a simple and botched integration linking this game with smart sex toys using an Xtoys script and replacing one of the game's javascript file.
It simply starts vibrating your toy when a sex scene starts, and puts it to "idle" at the end (5% vibration).
It is compatible with both desktop and Joiplay. It works by doing HTTP requests to a webhook from Xtoys.
Xtoys works with hundreds of different toys, so if you own a smart toy, you should be fine.
To use it:
1. Install Xtoys app on your phone, and create an account. Then link your toy with the App.
2. Install "RPGM Webhook Script" from the public script index, or import the script manually using the attached download.
3. In your profile settings, create a private webhook and note down the ID of it
4. Copy "SH_BenriCommands.js" in {game folder}/js/plugins/
5. Open the file, and at the very end of it, put your webhook ID in the "apiKey" variable.
6. Magic
Keep in mind, this was not thoroughly tested, only about 10 minutes of playtesting, so there might be bugs.
It does not trigger during the mini-scenes with molesters in the street, unfortunately, but if I manage to make that work, i'll post an update.
All in all, this is like, 20 lines of (new) code in a single file, so if worried about malware, just compare with original file, it is very very simple code.

Go and talk to the female knight "Luna" outside the Margrave's castle in the "Central Ward - Old King's Way" region of Megista city and do the "Exorcise evil spirits" quest. You get "Evil Spirit Purge EXP" for purging spirits and that exp is tied to your Lord Evaluation Rank. Do note that you will have to use holy magic with Enishia and Fire arrows with Richelle to hurt evil spirits. Grant can't hurt them but he can tank for you unless you bought Velk's Sacred Lance from Old Kingdom Coin shop (completely unnecessary, cuz the evil spirits are weak af but I'm just mentioning the options to you). Enishia can get a weapon through story which can hurt evil spirits with her normal attacks too but the holy magic uses very little mana anyway so it's not a problem to purge evil spirits with just that.
I recently completed the game and unlocked all the scenes and all except 1 titles, but that place is still locked for me (and the title I'm missing has nothing to do with that zone either). Honestly I feel like Enishia was meant to be a longer game or have some more content but for whatever reasons, the devs released it without implementing all their ideas. There are some other things which make me think there should be some reason for them, but in the end it's nothing.
There's one shack in lower shade street where there's only a fishing spot and nothing else to do. Feels weird to have that, and it's also designed to have some sort of urinal gang-bang scene like in Ambrosia Altoce Village. I would think maybe I'm missing some way to unlock the scene, but I've literally unlocked all the scenes in the viewing room so it's not there. The grave robbers hideout also has a seemingly interact-able region when you escape from there, but I found no way to access that region other than losing to grave robbers or getting kidnapped on the fake quest and ending up in the loss scene. There's a couple other things like that too. And the overall time it took to complete Enishia was significantly lower than Ambrosia and Celesphonia. I hope that whatever the reason is for them having to cut short on Enishia development doesn't hinder their upcoming game.

This game has a lot of features prepared for the player to enjoy. It's all set, EXCEPT... It's no good. Game COULD be good if it had animation, and not just static image with "ghost hands" or "ghost dick" and the annoying sounds providing all the "action". Quite pointless doing all the quest and collecting lewd exp if this is the only "reward".
EDiT: I won't even do the Explorer thing, because that's to be done only in a group. I don't mind finding myself some threasures, but I like doing everything on my girl lonesome Not a collective type. I'll stick with working in the pub. Fights bore me anyways. Then again... It's all boring if there is not something spicy to look forward to. Even if I do extreme things like I go bathe at night without being sneaky, I get rewarded with one static image, two ghost heads, and loads of text. READING TEXT IS NOT ACTION! And it's not exciting.
Unless there is an update which corrects the CORE ASPECT of the game, I'm deleting the game.

...I just repaid my debt in five days without doing anything lewd. Is something wrong?
Edit: lol whoops I forgot to install the de-censor patch in the gog version. Apparently removing the lewd content also reduces the size of your debt by a factor of 20 and makes all the patrons at the bar extremely polite!

Game is designed to be able to repay debt quickly if you follow the main story quests and explore thoroughly so no. In fact, you'd clear the debt a lot slower by slutting around and ignoring the main quests lol.

Unfortunately it is as you say, the game suffers from having a lot to do but without any worthwhile reward, it is a complete wasted potential, for me the game has a lot of potential it just needs a DLC or some modder to make it shine, let's hope that the next game has such interesting systems with equally good rewards in terms of quality.This game has a lot of features prepared for the player to enjoy.
