yup this will be tough since the game is HUGE and a LOT of progress is lost...old save not work for next update...
So basically only need to play it again when it's complete, why should you constantly crack again because of 6 scenes per updateEON v0.20 (uncracked)
--------------------------
summed up major changes (full patreon post in spoiler):
- game now has protection against unpaid users
- you need to pledge on his patreon to get a gamer code that is unique to everyone who is a patreon
- pledge needs to be active for each update (so one time payment is out the window if you want to play future versions too)
- saves from old versions do not work (basically you need to replay the entire game)
- sharing saves is useless now as the saves contain the game code so basically everone who puts their save here need to fear to be identified by the dev by the code inside of the save
- there are new scenes in this update
regarding cracked version we need to wait for someone who will decompile the entire game back into code, should be similiar to a crack from normal AAA games.

well you only need to redo it one time, after that your gamer code stays in your save file, if yoou stop pledging between updates you just cannot play until you reactivate your pledgeSo basically only need to play it again when it's complete, why should you constantly crack again because of 6 scenes per update
and then redo this stupid grind. I know why he did it, but without this page his game would be nothing
yes until someone provides a crack for it. at the moment the only thing you can do is pledgeso we basically won't be able to play the game anymore unless we're a patron?
Very unpleasant news for pirate fans of this game, cracks here are not very common, well hope remains...yes until someone provides a crack for it. at the moment the only thing you can do is pledge
I generally agree with this idea, and have said so on multiple threads. In a world overflowing with free porn, F95zone is probably a boon for developers. It's free advertising space, a place where your game can get a lot of views. I think Nenad is thinking something like "if I secure my game so it can't be pirated, I will get more patrons." But I think another outcome is likely: players will go play other free games and likely forget about this one. In a world overflowing with free porn, you can't be one of the few hiding their content behind paywalls, not unless your game is leaps and abounds ahead of the competition. And if your game is one of the best, it would likely garner tons of patrons anyway, regardless of pirating.I know why he did it, but without this page his game would be nothing
What is the protection or where does it trigger? Just to test I updated the game to v20 and started one of the three storylines and it worked without any issues but I didn't play further.EON v0.20 (uncracked)

I don't have a problem if someone wants to earn money with his very own project but having each and everyone start the game from the beginning is pretty bad at this stage. I personally lack motivation to start anew and would've wished to simply get a save for the current version. I've already played through everything. No bug so far for me.
As for the updates unique per subscriber, you need to understand the dev point of view. He does all by himself, provides regular huge content, said multiple times that money was a delicate issue for him. And some of his "supporters" were in a hurry to share here the latest version, jeopardizing the whole game. The (n-1) version is available for free, that is already a lot.
People should stop whining because they can't play the latest content immediately, right now, without restriction.
Criticism about completely replaying a game is not whining. I think it's legit to criticize this particular case. It's not like I have 10 hours of free time each and everyday. Fine if you want to replay the same game over and over again. I do not and I simply ask myself what would be so difficult about providing a current save if you as a dev make such drastic changes that make the players to restart the entire thing. Has nothing to do with whining.oh stop whining about replaying, it's a great game. Most grind was changed and it's not so hard now. I replayed it 10+ times, providing info to the dev about bugs/issues. I'd replay it again anytime.
As for the pay wall, it's only for the last version. Every one can play the previous version for free.
Someone said "not unless your game is leaps and abounds ahead of the competition". What do you know... it is. All the renpy and rpgm games here are a joke compared to the size and quality of this game.
