i've completed all quests but somehow a scene is missing?

Can't continue the quest with Mina in Bordello (where she wants to visit Lilly with me). There is an exclamation mark over her but no conversation available.

And then I have no idea where to go with the upgraded truck in another quest. Yes I can reach different new spots but how to finish/continue the actual quest?

I think some quests are not working:
Allison in tavern doesn't want to talk in Two Big Reason (I tried day/night, but have only two options, that doesn't continue quest)
Oldest Profession - when I try to visit Madalena at night door is not active: Madalena(to offer her job, you need visit this place at night and check entry behind her (check her first at day))

you need to talk to Madalena during the day and ask what she's selling.

Two Big Reasons - talk to Allison after you've tested the other girls and reported back to Tamiko (don't ask about "Any other Work" until after you've spoken to Allison)

that's the scene with catherine, give her herbs and till the meter is full (hold spacebar to see the meter) then ask her about making potions and you'll have the option to grab her ass

use 1 and 2 to toggle the camera tracking then you should be able to find the exit

I finished all other quests so i'm kinda stuck with a missing scene. Do you know what should I do ?

Hi! That quest worked fine for me. It looks like a bug similar to what we have earlier with Two big reason in Drake story - when you can't continue because you went too far in some other quest

If you alredy applied bugfix for 0.21 I quess the only choice is to wait for a new one
