Maybe it would be helpful if you explained how the game works. It looks like some sort of card-based system? Is it a deck-builder?

Game lacks explanation, the fighting is weird and doesn't feel like it has the player in control of their actions.

Here is what I recommend
-Make the fighting better (make it like any game where you can attack, defend, do lusty things, etc)
-Make it easier to understand what your choice will lead to and what will result in what, it can be confusing to know what some of the choices you have does.
-Change how events are shown instead of showing confusing cards.

This update is better than the last one and does make it a lot easier to understand some things like clothes.

The tags mention Male, Female, and Futa/Trans Protags, but is there a choice between the three when you start or is it really only one gender protag that changes over the course of the game? Cause the preview pics look like it's Male protag only

You start as male but looks like you get at least partially or fully transformed.

Yeah this game sucks. The art on the header doesn't seem to be present and the paper doll character image that shows transformation progress, if it actually exists, seems to be locked behind the Patreon version. I love sissification games, so I would eat this up if it was any good, but as it stands now I wouldn't recommend it.
