I think the media has shaped our thoughts that way. I grew up believing everyone is the same, and I come from a country with up to 300 ethnic groups, each with a variety of skin colors. That's the foundation behind this game. So, for me, it's not an issue at all. Honestly, I don't care what the media says, especially since this is just a work of fiction.

Custom name for the MC would be nice.
as for the black elf. i mean Dark elves are a thing so why not.
not sure about the facial damage to a LI. i mean story wise i understand it. but maybe a scar would be better rather then giving her the "Obito" treatment.
i dont mind the artstyle either.
im just not expecting much for this game cause its very rare where we have a black MC game and it lasts. most if not all end up abandoned. apparently games with a black dude who will NTR you have a better chance at success than a black protagonist.
i'm neither white nor black so not like i ever get a protag who's my race.
ill keep an eye on this one for now though.

. that a dark elf is just a half-breed elf. sometimes a human or an orc.but either way im not against it.
there was another game with a dark elf...drow? going on right now but honestly i couldn't get into it cause the MC's skin tone was really weird. like a dark-blue obsidian.

I'm astonished in 2024 to read the things written on this thread and also on the patreon page of the developer. I don't get how the skin color of the MC can affect the game. People who offend the developer for "hating white men" and refuse to play the game only because they have to impersonate a black person are just plainly racist, and it's a disgrace to still hear these things in the 21st century. Apart from this, I liked the game and I am waiting to see more, for the dev keep up the good work and don't mind brainless critics.

I don’t like when black guys are used as NTR stereotypes, but I never saw the problem with having them in the game or playing as them. Seems silly.
Anyway, I think the art looks great! I saw someone say the backgrounds are AI, so not thrilled about that, but as long as the main art isn’t touched by that shit, I’ll bite my tongue.
People complaining about the art would rather see shitty AI art. I’d take a game with stick figures than that garbage.

Disabling 'go back' after a choice is such an annoying feature when we have infinite saves, on top of that when you miss-click a choice if you don't 'save scum' you're just stuck with the miss-click.
It really adds nothing but annoyance, it's amazing how many fellow developers tries to 'stop cheating' especially in single player games.
