now i'm not sure if 3dx would fall under that but I'm not a lawyer. but I doubt we will be seeing any "porn" from him during that time. unless something changes.

However I have to admit that this would definitely explain his very anticlimactic comeback without any comments regarding his past or what has happened.
It would also explain his sudden switch to "DND" content instead of 3DX.

If that's true it's safe to say that Epoch is definitely done for good, no way he's ever really coming back.
