No, I didn't never help Revna most of the time and I've been doing just fine (I will say it's only like 3-4 playthroughs instead of my usual at least 9, but I only helped Revna once). you can get c8alexahunt from both Alders and Hel too, but I never get the question from Hel to get me the c8alexahunt, I believe (I don't remember if they gave you a different tag, but I believe they were the same). I get the one from the Alders just fine.

thiss. I'm stuck on 7/9 and idk actually what mission is this. I thought it was correlated to random conversation that u need to find in all over the map but I dont think so because I also only get anders, jostein, ralf, borge, and henrik personal cgs which is only 5/9. I'm also stuck in Tir's revenge mission, jostein mission, and anders's sister mission. I don't know why I don't get anything from Kirk or Erland (or I just don't remember that I've already done it, lol). While choosing to take sides with Revna, I dont know how to progress Ralf's "saving sister" mission. So it's a lot lol and I don't know how to solve it..

I think the most important question is, have you resolved the undercity quest? Like have either the resitance or the rebellion won? otherwise you won't be able to complete anything else because to progress you need all 9/9, and Anders, Henrik, and Kirk specifically require you to finish it.
The last major side quest I've completed is stealing Hell's tank, since I took Revna's side. Also, before that, I already took the key pass from the resistance's leader (i forget the name) and passed it to Revna. Idk after that, there is no more mission triggered regarding the Undercity.
Hell tank is not part of the undercity liberation quest. It's the giving key pass from the resistance leader to Revna, that's part of it. If my memory serves me right, you either have to inform Geir of your decision, and then each of the captain (if you can't triggered the scene the same day, then wait until the next day), and that should move Henrik and Anders quest, because I believe that's what you're missing.
On top of my head, siding with Revna means you cannot migrate to Vanaheimr and won't be getting to enthrall the guardians in ch.9.
It seems that the choice you made at the end of Chapter 7 only affects whether you receive the quest for the Queen of the Rebels or the Queen of the Spiders.
