I think the quest is activated in the lodgings area by clicking on Jostein.
If you don't enable the mission, it's a sign that some CG are still missing.

Some CG appear automatically, but others only appear by clicking on the area.

Obs: I almost always forget Jorgen's third quest. It's very important because he gives you a lot of food. And it's one of the few quests that can be completed in the same day.

I think the best option is to upload to Mediafire, as there's no registration required.

It'll only last a few weeks, but at least we'll be able to download it in time.

With the original file I can try to edit or compress it to make the file smaller.
