No worries! Some missions only show up after you complete others. For Borge, you’ll need to finish almost all of Anders' quests first. I think most of the captains also need to be at least halfway through their own questlines. So don’t stress — it’s totally normal!
That’s really weird — I downloaded the game recently and it’s been working fine. It could be something with your device or maybe an issue during installation. Did you download all the chapters? You need to get all of them and then merge them into one. Maybe that’s why it’s not working.
So i have to download all of these? Cause i've been downloading the latest version of it, just ignoring the others
Yeah, and then you maintain the chapter 1 like a base, and copy the content of the other chapters into the first one, following the order

Go to Revna's base (the area where you steal stuff from in C6). Click the mechs and talk to the rebel preparing to steal the tanks. You can only pick one dialogue option each day. Once you've asked most / all questions, you get the option to deploy to Vanaheim and steal the tanks.
the 1st chapter is especially grindy because that's the only mechanism that they introduced at that moment (they add others with the game, like combat), but it remains pretty grindy for the resources in general
