I suggest a program called LosslessCut. It's free, easy to use, and as long as the source files are all encoded the same (it works with Eringi's vids), it merges them together without any fuss or re-encoding.

Before I yap, what I'm about to suggest is free software.
I've personally gotten quite a good use out of DaVinci Resolve over the years as it was what I always wanted in a video editor for the very small stuff I wanted to do such as cutting videos, enhancing audio, and even cropping which were heavily limited with the online versions due to upload/download speeds, and the watermarks from some website pissed me off to no end.
Is it like Vegas?
I used Vegas a long time ago, the high seas version (duh). Nowadays I use VSDC, same thing, and it is free

Note from Eringi : " Until now, I had been creating the "C+" (wet version of C) by modifying "C." However, since "C+" and "D+" were quite similar in terms of creation process and didn't have much difference, I've decided to rename what was previously "C+" to "D+" and instead make "C+" a direct wet version of "C" from now on."
