loli is a bodytype it's not age related corin is a loli it's obvious
I know everyone has their own definition for loli and I respect it
for me age does matter, and for an character who is not human + can live much longer than human I will look at their body model to judge it is loli or not
it is either boobs or flat at this rate

I know we can all have our slight differences in a definition, but a loli is 100% a body type, because theres many anime characters who look and act like a typical loli but just happen to narratively be hundreds/thousands of years old. Not calling them a loli just because of their fictional age doesn't make much sense to me
Plus, there are underage anime characters who look mature but are underage. Like it wouldn't make sense to call a 14 year old, busty big titty anime girl a "loli"

There are specific terms for those character tropes. Legal loli or lolibaba in the first case and oppai loli if busty but still young looking in the second.

right, sorry I meant to say I'm fine with legal loli ( adult age loli ) but illegal loli ( underage loli ) to me is a no
and in this case sigewinne may live for hundreds year but she is not human so in her case I just judge her as illegal loli if all this does make sense to you
