Ah yes, finally, I found this again! I played this game like a year ago and it kept popping into my head every once in a while because I thought it had potential, but I couldn't for the life of me remember what it was called. I only remembered it had a female name in the title, and I think I checked whether it was My Sister Mia at least three times because I couldn't remember if Chrissy was supposed to be our roommate or sister, but that obviously wasn't what I was looking for... But now I found it again, and I gotta say, the rest of day 1 was not disappointing at all!

I really like the characters and dialogues. I had a blast interacting and flirting with Chrissy, and between her and Nina, it's clear the ladies in this game know how to be playful and seductive. It also takes a bit of a load off my mind to know that we don't have to worry about engaging sexually with male characters, just one less annoyance to worry about...

I should come clean and say that my main interest content-wise is in femdom, and that I only played the Amanda end-of-the-day-scene so far. But while I do enjoy the cartoonishly sadistic areas of femdom, I can also enjoy the milder ones, and I can also enjoy some good ol' fun, sexy or emotional romance, if pleasantly written. I do think Chrissy's ability to take the initiative is part of the reason I enjoyed her so far - just having her be able to render us flustered and speechless by flashing her breasts or momentarily hypnotize us with her toned butt is already a fun dynamic for me, no real domination needed - but she's also just a fun character I'd like to get to know better.

But yeah, I won't deny, while I definitely intend to go back soon and watch the scenes with Chrissy and Abby, the one I'm most intrigued by is Amanda. You said the relationship with her will be more focused on psychological power play with dominant/submissive choices, but as a femdom lover I gotta say, that's all that really matters. Any specific femdom activity or torture device isn't that important, what I want more than anything is to be tempted by a character and given the choice to surrender power and control of the relationship to them. The scene with Amanda that's currently in the game is already pretty perfect - she entices us to weaken our resistance, then she uses us for her own pleasure and kicks us out without returning the favor in a move that clearly shows she enjoys getting the upper hand. I don't know how far you're planning to take the relationship with her, but I already love her confident, bitchy attitude, I love her seductive manipulation, and what I really wish for is that we keep being given the chance to give in to her until we fall into a relationship where we're totally under her thumb and she enjoys bossing us around while we can't help but obey her demands and let her walk all over us...

Ahh, that would be the dream...

So yeah, just wanted to say I've been enjoying this game, and that I hope you keep working on it, however slowly or quickly you do it. Whether or not my specific wishes will come true, it's definitely a fun game that I wouldn't mind seeing more of!

@NanasBananas - Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed the game and everything here is very helpful and informative for me as I look at continuing on. This is probably one of the few games where Chrissy is meant to be a roommate and NOT a mom/sister lol

I especially appreciate the perspectives on the characters and on femdom, since I don't proclaim to be any expert (particularly on the latter). My main focus will continue to be on characters and evolving their relationships (as well as some other plot points I have in mind), but this informs a lot of subtext and gives me some ideas on how to bring things forward :)

Wow lesbian game <3

I'll try out sometime and since it's lesbian focused. I hope there will be some fetishes (future plans) such as dom/sub as I accept almost everything when it comes to lesbian.

And the people complaining there's no dick (excluding trans), 90% of the games are heterosexual male/female MC :rolleyes:

I also got the error message "cannot read property width of null" during the video chat. Reloaded but it still occurs.
Loved the scene in the shop with the model!
Glad to see a lesbian-themed game on here, there are far too few. Nice start for the first day, looking forward to seeing what unfolds on the cruise.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad you enjoyed :) I promise anything that comes out in Ren'Py will have more reliable hotspots (than, say, some of the entryways or only being able to talk to Chrissy at one end of the couch while she's laying on it).

Unfortunately, I just failed to reproduce the null issue, so I'm not sure what to correct there yet. I wish I knew, but it seems to run fine on my machine, even in the final output game (not RPGM playtest). Are you playing on Windows? I've seen some other reports that the Android port posted (which I've nothing to do with) has some freezing issues. This is another reason I've become fed up with RPGM lol

Thanks for the reply. I'm playing on a laptop with Windows 10. I restarted and ran through it a few times and the last one it seemed to work fine. I'm stumped as to why that playthrough was fine and the others weren't :)

I played this some more and I can now give my thoughts.
Overall, It's not bad.

As soon as it starts I'm greeted with what initially feels like a rather bad looking 3D image of the protagonist waking up. That combined with the fact that this is RPGM didn't really help with first impressions. Most of the character's faces are ugly especially when they have any expression other than neutral (I think the worst I saw was Abby's attempt at a seductive smile).

However it doesn't look nearly as bad when sexiness is happening. I was impressed that there were some animations although I wished that they were skippable midway through, as it stands you have to wait for it to finish before you choose to either watch a few more loops or move on, probably a limitation imposed by RPGM. Either way, nudes and sex scenes look good and the way the text describes them works well and makes these scenes hot.

I've seen a few people complain about how much text there is. I guess that's a matter of patience or expectatons. Personally, I like how the characters' personalities and stories are defined. That's the whole point of this being interactive fiction instead of a video on Pornhub or something. Being invested in the characters makes their relationships and inevitable sexy encounters all the more satisfying.
There are attempts at humor here. Not all of it lands but it serves to give this game a lighthearted tone.

While on the topic of writing. One thing that really took me out of it was the political stuff. I mean...

I won't say this stuff shouldn't be there under any form. You're free to include whatever opinions you want in your game. I just feel like I should at least point it out for people like myself who don't want to mix porn with twitter/tumblr-tier drama, one way or another.

About RPG Maker as an engine. This game really doesn't need to be RPGM. The heavy emphasis on text and still images really makes you think this would work better on Ren'py or maybe something like unity or game maker if the parts where you walk around the appartment/city really need to be there. I'd say they don't but as it is it's not terrible outside of the 2D RPGM graphics clashing pretty badly with the 3D stuff. Not a deal breaker, especially since the dev seems to have already decided to go with Ren'py for future content.
Also the game crashed on me.

It seems like I said a lot of negatives about this game but I did enjoy it overall. It's sexy, there is lesbian sex, the characters are endearing despite being caricatures and I am looking forward to whatever new content comes next.

IM6 is this still in development?
No current work on day 2 other than I'm thinking on it and have had some character designs/environments done for some time (and a couple that are a bit more fresh). I don't think I'll be posting any updates until I have things really workable, but since this will eventually be in Ren'Py and I'm considering how I want the system to work there, I don't have a timeline.

This is also just for fun for me, so I only really work on it when there's time and I feel like it'd be fun to work on. So... it could be some time before there is anything new.

New title card for the Ren'Py Day 2 version I've started initial work on. Most of the work completed to date has been focused on creating character models for the entire cast of Day 2. There are now 12 main characters (up from 4), with an additional 5 secondary characters who will still have regular featuring. I'll post a few images of the new characters as time arises and renders are processed.

I also put some effort in tonight to selecting images from Day 1 to include in an initial prologue. The prologue will do a quick recap of Day 1 activities and allow the user to select some of the Day 1 choices to have their impact carry into Day 2.

System-wise, I'm converting a Ren'Py system I started (but didn't finish) for another game concept at the beginning of the year (never released), so there's some work updating that as well as still a lot of conceptual and design work in deciding how I want the game to look and feel. It will be quite some time before anything is released, but I'll continue to post the occasional update like this one. Thanks for following!

Have been working on a few renders that have been waaaaaay too time consuming. Should be fixed once I'm out of this open environment (which shouldn't be TOO long), but we're in it here.

I also took some time to improve my understanding of lighting, which has usually been my least favorite part of the process. I think I've gotten to a place I'm happier with, but I'm sure I'll never be 100% perfect and I'm trying to cope with that.

The prologue is built and I have a rough idea of how the Ren'Py game will get moving (which is what I'm rendering/storyboarding right now). It will be a while before there's anything playable, but I like the way it's developing and I think improvements to the engine and my render ability will be appreciable (or at least I hope so!)

Any rough idea on when is the new update or renpy version coming out? I love this game a lot.
Thanks for your support! It will be quite a while - maybe next year, late this year at the earliest. I have characters and a majority of environments ready for the sequel, but am only 10 renders into the game (+recap scenes, which are all based on the old game).

I don't plan on releasing anything until I feel there's a sizable amount of content to play through and it's DEFINITELY not there yet. That said, I've been working regularly on the project the past couple weeks and progress has been steady.

Here is a snip of the D1 recap as a heads-up! I welcome any feedback as I'm still in a very fluid period with Ren'Py.

Right now, I'm planning on an engine that will allow you to navigate different areas and interact with surroundings and characters there. Not unlike some LOP games. But I'm still working on planning out required variables and scripting/timing events.

There are also 16 supporting characters now, 8 of whom are new primary characters joining the ranks of Chrissy, Abby, and Amanda. I hope to show them off in one of my next updates! But considering how to work all of them in appropriately has been part of the effort as well. Just lots of planning and only some rendering/coding at this point, but work is being done.

Things are moving a little more slowly than anticipated, but it's a product of me being more careful with lighting and scenes and, ultimately, I think it'll result in a better game. It's also a product of dealing with some technical limitations as I've started developing scenes with larger environments and more girls. There's some learning involved!

I'm currently working on planning events for Day 2 which will lead to opening things up a little more. I have about 22 scenes set up so far (with a handful of those rendered), which is by no means significant, but things are moving along and I have a plan through the "on-rails" introduction and a couple ideas for what comes after.

There will almost certainly be no release until mid next year unless you really want to get a peek at the engine for a stereotypical "v0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.1" with only a couple scenes. I'm trying to do better than being that guy, mostly because it doesn't help me since I have no monetary incentive to deliver updates with any regularity and can therefore commit to solid, quality releases as they're available. And, again, this is a hobby for me, so, y'know, it is what it is.

Anyway, I've talked a big game about the number of girls I've developed for this game without showcasing much. Well, since I'm giving a little bad news on slow development, I wanted to share a render showcasing all of the girls together. What's more, this isn't even counting a few more who will tend towards NPC status... but will have some content of their own as things develop!
