I don't understand why there's a pregnancy sign when there's none in the game. I've been playing for half a day and nothing. Pregnancy content in this game is exclusively of the "eggnancy" variety, I think. There are some opponents (e.g. spider girls) which implant eggs in your adventurers' wombs.
