I don't understand why there's a pregnancy sign when there's none in the game. I've been playing for half a day and nothing.
Some enemies -primarily spiders- can "breed" your adventurers which will either result in spawning a new enemy (a little spider girl) or spawning a tentacle equipment on that adventurer.
Atleast from what I've seen.

How can one quickly see which girls have parasites ? It would be nice if it'd highlight the applicable girls when one clicks a job.

The quickest method I know of, not counting the fact that brain and mouth parasites are visible on the little profile picture of a girl, is that you right click on a girl's profile and check the bottom left corner. If that square is empty, she has none.

I now found that one can add Infections via the Show button in the Guild Overview, this is really helpful. It also makes matching Goals and profession assignments a lot easier as one can show Goals there too :)

A bug ? In the Guild Overview it seems to show the stats without gear. E.g. a paladin with Crown of Dexterity (min 18 dex) still shows 6 dexterity in the overview.

What's the point of Locking quirks if you can still lose them ? I had a quirk on -1 after locking it and eventually it just went away like all the others...

Locking does not prevents quirk loss by itself, it merely adds a flat +10 to quirk's everyday durability change. If quirk is completely against girl's character and net durability change remains negative even after such boost, of course she will eventually lose it. If you really want that quirk on that girl, you need to look into means of changing her personality.
Locking is a tool to retain randomly gained quirks that unsupported by girl's personality, but it can't force ones that actively clash with it.

I really want to enjoy this game and the other one by the dev — I normally enjoy mechanically complex games — but in addition to the complexity there are all these un-intuitive hentai-logic terms. Someone trying to learn the game has to memorize what they all mean while still missing the big picture of how they work together. The in-game encylopedia is insufficient. I've figured out the short-term dungeoneering mechanics, but I'm still missing the long-term effects. So far I've got:
  • Lust damage: Bar that fills up from combat and curio effects, analogous to stress from Darkest Dungeon. When it maxes out, the hero suffers and affliction.
  • Affliction: triggers during combat at maximum lust. The type is random, but weighted based on desires (??) and personality crests. The "good" version is clear-headed, which immediately resets lust back to zero. The others can force an action, usually orgasm, instead of regular combat, and they end when their satisfaction bar fills up.
  • Desires: unsure
  • Suggestibility: general strength of / vulernability to hypnoses. Gained from combat and curio effects. Gradually decays over time and from complying with a hypnosis.
  • Hypnosis: forces certain actions based on type. Type depends on ??.
  • Crest: some kind of magic curse? Advanced by enemy actions during comabt. Multiple can progress at a time, but only one is active. Applies complementary buffs and debuffs that incentivize a certain playstyle, with greater magnitude when more advanced. Affects affliction types. Not sure how to remove.
  • Parasite: similar to crests, applies buffs and debuffs that incentivize a certain strategy. Can be removed by the hospital.
So, in general, it looks like the game encourages you to min/max by finding the right crests, hypnoses, and parasites that match a certain class and combat role? For example, a healer role would benefit from crest of servitude and obedience affliction. However, the Darkest Dungeon style of game design encourages flexibility and preparedness. So you have to decide the right balance between highly corrupted, highly specialized heroes vs more innocent, generalized heroes.

Did I get all that right?

I like the concept. The Darkest Dungeon-style gameplay is great for a porn game, but I can't understand the hentai logic very well. Would be nice to have a version with a bit more horror and more non-con / reluctance, with a high difficulty level so that I actually try to win but lose often enough to see the sexy content. Best if there would be tactical options to trade some dignity for the sake of survival.

Did I get all that right?
I understand the confusion. I also came from Darkest Dungeon and was initially wondering about a lot of things. If you don't mind me writing a litany, then I'm happy to help and let me cut in where I think you missed something (or wrote a "??").
Affliction: triggers during combat at maximum lust. The type is random, but weighted based on desires (??)
Correct, but I'd add that all afflictions are technically negative. Desires of a character does affect the randomized affliction a girl gets. The Desires primarily, which reduces the "good" (Clearheaded) affliction chance the more corrupted a girl is in that desire. So if you want the Clearheaded affliction, which is generally what you should want unless you aim for some suboptimal roleplaying, then you should strive to keep the Desires as low as possible. You can check the current weight spread on the Desires tab on the character screen. Additionally, some Quirks and Hypnoses can also affect this ratio, notably the Clearheaded quirk and the Mantra of Idealism both increasing the chance for the "good" affliction. The reason I'm writing "good" is because Clearheaded still increases the Main Desire so it's still technically bad, just not potentially adventure ending as other afflictions can stunlock a girl for many turns.
It's akin to the Test of Resolve from Darkest Dungeon, but you can only get neutral or bad things.
Desires: unsure
Desires are a measure of how corrupted a girl is. It's basically an extra stat system that usually means "higher number is bad". On the Desires tab of a character, you can hover your cursor to check what each step does exactly to the girl and unless you want to roleplay a character, you should generally avoid getting these up as they are pretty difficult to decrease.
Desire (or Main Desire, topmost): Increases with various effects, but mostly due to Afflictions and other Desires. The lower the better objectively. Higher numbers reduces your Clearheaded Affliction chance.
Boobs (don't ask why this is a desire): Equivalent to the current breast size of a girl. Higher is not necessarily worse, as different levels yield different results, both benefitial and not outside of personal aesthetics. Smaller boobs yields significantly less daily milk when working as a Cow at the Farm, but it also has no Clearheaded chance penalties. Larger boobs are the opposite. Additionally, many Quirks and Equipments (gear, clothing, etc.) and Parasites work differently depending on the breast size. For example, the Chestbinder equipment gives you a damage increase for being flat while nipple parasites grow faster in bigger tits. Too many things change the size of breasts to list here, just check a description of any particular thing and it will show it if there's a correlation. Later, you can change the size manually in the
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
Submission: Primarly, this increases daily if a girl has cursed equipment (marked with a lock on its stats), the more such equipment, the higher the daily increase. Uncursed (broken lock) equipment still increases this desire. Higher levels significantly impacts the Clearheaded Affliction and increases the Main Desire daily. The less the better.
Exhibitionism: Same as Submission but primarily increases by taking Durability damage, the damage type that removes clothes from characters on a mission. The less the better.
Masochism: Same as the two above but primarily increases by taking any regular damage, either physical or magical. The less the better.
Libido: Same as the three above but primarily increases by taking Lust damage. The less the better.
So how do you remove them? Very slowly, if at all. For example the Devout quirk reduces all except Boobs by 3 every day if she spends the day in the Church building, which is one of the most predictable option. Since the maximum number is 100 for each, it's better if you try your best to avoid getting these numbers raised. Finish fights fast, use a tank character to attract and soak less damage, avoid leaving your girls with cursed items for too long and so on.
Suggestibility:
You can give your girls a Mantra in the Mental Ward building, which are literally just Player-given Hypnoses. These can be very benefitial, especially for converting bad Crests but it also comes at a -2 all stat penalty. The suggestibility of a girl reduces the cost of giving a girl a Mantra.
Hypnosis: forces certain actions based on type. Type depends on ??.
Not necessarily forces actions, some of them also does other things like increasing a Desire, but it's more or less correct. The type you get seems completely random, atleast I didn't find any patterns so far. You can cure them at the Mental Ward building at an initially steep 50 mana price but most of them will decay over time. Some can be even more benefitial than bad, either the aforementioned Mantras or even some random ones.
Crest: some kind of magic curse?
It's a hentai trope, almost always meaning some form of corruption, intense pleasure or serivute. In game, it is indeed a magical curse. Their growth rate from certain enemy attacks and Mantras depends on the personality traits of a girl, you can check the growth percentage if you hover over a crest progress on the personality tab of a character. I'm not entirely sure if you can remove all of them completely, it's better to give a girl a Mantra hypnosis at a Mental Ward to turn a Crest that's bad for a character into one that benefits their playstyle. The Purity Crest is bland but very effective if you plan to reduce the Lust intake to avoid getting higher Desires. The Vanity Crest is good for frontliners. If you're unsure, and a girl fights on the front two positions, then the Vanity Crest is simply an improvement over even not having a crest at all. The Lust Crest (not to be confused with Lust, the damage type and threshold that leads to Afflictions) is pretty good for high damage dealers, like Mage or Rogue, but will eventually increase the bad Desires over time as it deals your girl Lust damage every turn. The rest are situational and mostly bad.
So, in general, it looks like the game encourages you to min/max by finding the right crests, hypnoses, and parasites that match a certain class and combat role? For example, a healer role would benefit from crest of servitude and obedience affliction.
The game definitely encourages you to min-max, but it's not strictly necessary. You could use general common sense to avoid things that seems really bad and you'll manage with pretty good success. You could have a few min-max characters, have a lot, or just use roleplay characters, like I tend to get my Rangers with parasites because it's the closest thing to a beast master specialization you'd expect from a Ranger in any other RPG. It's not optimal, but it's not outright horrible either and it gets the job done.
As for min-max, you could get a flat-chested Rogue with flat-chest and high-lust damage boost items, Aggression personality traits, Aggression quirks, Hypnoses that gives you damage and/or free retalliation plus a Crest of Lust and she will melt almost all enemies that she encounters.
You could get a low-lust Crest of Purity Paladin that can also deal high damage with the sword that gives buffs on low-lust, or get a low-lust Crest of Purity Alchemist that can literally one-shot some bosses if built well with the Trickshot ability.
As for healer, yeah Crest of Servitude is generally better, but you could get the Motherly trait which increases healing based on Parasite growth, grab a brain parasite which further increases healing, and then you could go for the Crest of Desire to raise the parasites quickly (and sell them in the process).
It's really up to you. Unless you purposefully build all your characters badly, even passively doing okay things will land you success. Even if you bombard your girls with bad combinations for the hell of it, you can succeed if you know the game well enough.

I really love Darkest Dungeon so this game was also a big hit for me. The H here content is okay-ish but I just treat this game as Darkest Dungeon 2 until the studio finally gets their shit together. I think the game is already pretty non-con despite its cartoonish looks, but I agree on the horror aspect.
Hopefully I could clear up all your questions in your post.

When opening character details from the Roster in the Overworld, my GPU usage jumps to 80% (and only in that place), is there a way to fix this ? As a workaround I now do the char selection in the Overworld, go back to the town and view character details there which is not ideal.

Is there any guide or whatever, It's a bit confusing and the question marks kinda unhelpful
What is the purpose of each stat? I know str, maybe it's for attack or something
And I often get a heart logo under the character when fighting, what is that? How to get rid of it
I'm also confused with the first quest, training Aura to become a veteran maid, how?

Don't know about any guide except for the ingame tutorial at the top left, but I'm pretty sure almost every question about the game was already answered. Just search this thread and you'll likely find any answers you're seeking. Also consider searching for "new player" or so to find general tips for new players.
Here's a tip that's not so obvious: You can almost always retreat with the only penalty being that you do not get the dungeon completion reward. Even in the middle of a fight, as long as it's your turn.

What is the purpose of each stat? I know str, maybe it's for attack or something
You can see the purpose of each stat by reading the tooltip when you hover your mouse over it.
E.g. here's Strength:
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
The symbol you see in the tooltip can also seen on the bottom right as "PHY", which increases all physical damage the adventurer deals.
And I often get a heart logo under the character when fighting, what is that?
That's Lust. When it reaches 100, the adventurer will enter a special state where her actions may be limited, depending on which state she enters.
How to get rid of it
Some moves can reduce lust. There's also a few curios that reduce lust when interacted with. You can also take Anaphrodisiacs with you when starting a mission, which reduce lust by 20 each time you use them. Finally, if you go on a mission, each adventurer in town will have their lust reduced. This can be improved by upgrading the tavern and setting some adventurers as wenches.
I'm also confused with the first quest, training Aura to become a veteran maid, how?
Get her equipped with maid gear. Easiest way is to unequip her gear, then fight enemies in a dungeon region with "Equipment Group: Maid".
Once she has 3 or more maid items equipped, she'll be forced to take up the Maid class. After that you need to rank her up like you do with any adventurer until she reaches Veteran rank.

is there a list of all the party team names/buffs? for example, having ranks 1-4 be filled with the warrior, rogue, cleric & mage gives the Ero DnD buff.

I also concur akin to the other replier that most questions you may have have already been answered in the thread, but if you can't find it, then feel free to ask any questions any I'll try to answer them as best as I can.

As for the other quoted sentence, the quest you describe is a random task. Not every player may encounter the same task for the same character(s).
But to give an answer, first you have to equip her with Maid cursed items, either by acquiring them yourself through mission loot or by getting cursed by enemies. Before going on a mission, check what type of dungeon it is in the Scouting (second from the left) tab after clicking on a mission marker. If it says "Maid" then you're good to go, just send Aura in naked if you want and the enemies will shortly equip her with cursed Maid items. This changes her class from Warrior to Maid and allows you to raise her level in that class to complete the task you mentioned.
However, be warned that depending on what kind of random task you got, it may require you to hand in Aura PERMANENTLY. Generally I'd recommend to only accept these kinds of tasks that requires to you part with your characters if the girl in question is useless or fresh from the carriage so you won't lose a good character.

It seems some items have hidden effects, such as the Bad Luck Charm. I don't like this concept so I'd like to view them. Is this possible ?
