I do realize a couple things, as a matter of fact. Like: Everything I said above is facts. Or even: My post should be quoted verbatim on the title page, because how well it reflects the state of this "piece of crap".
Dev "team" not exactly "hasn't received feedback on bugs", they didn't even played this piece of crap. Otherwise, they would have had a ton of feedback from themselves.
Also funfact: It's not a "test build", it's "not working anything at all build". Because in the test builds there is at least something that works. At least something. So it's not a test build.
BUT voice acting already in there. As I said before: Priorities.
Do you even know what pre-release software is? It's typically called a 'beta' release, and it comes with a ton of bugs and glitches. Beta testers test the software, report the issues, and the company fixes them before releasing the final version to the public.
Read what Anduo Games themselves say:
"I'm working hard to get 0.7 into everyone's hands as soon as possible! Right now, there is a build for the cutting edge tier to test the content of 0.7 out. We will release something before Christmas. Worst case, we release the same build as is live for the cutting edge testers now. The build will not be quite up to the same quality that the previous builds have been. We've been cooking on this one for so long now, I'm really getting uncomfortable with not releasing things for you all to play. There will be a lot of rough edges around this build. Combat won't feel quite polished, voice acting is missing and some more things. I hope that still the build will show the vision of the project moving forward."
So clearly, this pre-release aims to show the project’s direction and give people something to play, especially since it’s been months since the last release. What exactly is so hard for you to understand?
If the game doesn’t run at all on your system ("not working anything at all build"), then your system is the problem. Aside from a few crashes, which are expected in a beta, I was able to play just fine. And I own an entry-level gaming PC, not a high-end rig.
