Yeah it's a bit tricky to see which versions they are on workupload, but the "?" one is the android version, the 680.07 mb is the Mac version I believe, the Windows version is 551.11mb, and the HTML5 version is 491.28 mb.
You need relationship level 7 for it. You get those by winning fights in the dungeons or if you have conversations with them with choices and you pick the right ones. Or you buy them presents in the town. I assume you can already get the scene in the first dungeon if you are willed to grind that much.

As for it being the only sex scenes for her, we will base it upon feedback most likely. Some people aren't into anthro but like human Elia so we want to offer the freedom to be able to choose either/or in an ideal setup.
Elia is the mage you start the game with and Ceyleen is the dungeon healer you can donate to get sex as a reward which came with v0.0.8 iirc.^^ What you said about the relationship goes for Ceyleen. I'm not sure if you can fuck up with Elia and miss all the sex content by telling her something like you are already in a relationship but yeah.^^
It might be possible. It's been a while since i remember her first talk about relationships. I know there's a scene replay but i don't think that's covered in it and i'd have to check later.

Elia is the default name for the Mage.
