In my opinion it was a poor choice, I think this game was waaay better, although I might not be the most impartial judge on this I'm a sucker for the female wolf paladin

they sure as fuck could but for whatever retarded reason they decided to stop working on this until they get the artworks. they could've kept working on this without the art (like code, dungeons, dialoge and so on) and added the art afterwards
Does anyone know why Paladin's drawing style changed after the TJ scene? The TJ scene perfectly replicated Leru's appearance in sprites and looked natural, the character's dimensions were shown well. But in the following scenes (bj, sex, foreplay) the style changed noticeably, turning into furry anime. The character's dimensions are disproportionate, this unnatural furry smile appeared, anime eyes and the style as a whole turned into casual furry porn.

Can someone explain why I can't save the game in the first dungeon? I'm playing the mobile version and the save button is a must option cos I'm diddling with it in transport and minimizing the window causes me to lose all my progress, forcing me to start again... I won't believe that the game, no matter how unfinished it is, comes without this feature, so I'm asking you good people for clarification. Does the save button become enabled at some point, and when can I expect that to happen? Thnx
I remember this game from when it was first getting started. Huge shame to see it is abandoned now but not exactly surprising. I do seem to remember them changing artists at one point too, going to a much less interesting style. I know nothing about their new game that will totally be worked on for sure, but hopefully it was worth abandoning this one.

Afaik they came back a few years ago, saying they were working on it still, but it has been a while.
The original release was seven years ago, and they have been radio silent for three. Twitter is gone, patreon is gone...
I'd say it's pretty obviously never coming back.

Oof. You weren't kidding about how much of a snap that artist change is. It wouldn't be too bad if it started with that look, but the old designs have a completely different feel that makes them much easier to accept at the beginning. I think it's just that the original artist could keep the porn-y vibe more subdued. Like, Leru's original design (I haven't seen the new one yet) is obviously sexualized, but the style lets you take the character seriously. The new characters you can just instantly tell the artist doesn't have that same ability.

i would not be surprise if Hydro is still focus on insexual awakening 2 on their game
and also their podcast.....
an engine switch is the death knell for a lot of porn games already and them making an RPG and Combat system (that they already have in the better engine) that will bog Ren'Py down (as soon as you do anything nonstandard with it, it starts to run like dog shite) just furthers it that the game is dead in all but name
of course he is you have to ping him to even get answers otherwise the games discord goes unread by him (which is not a good sign)

With the speed they are "working" on it maybe in five years it will be worth checking out if it doesnt die in a year.

1. they changed the name to distance the game from notions of incest for patreon
