Weird. I dunno. Those images are definitely in their correct places. I just checked. It may have something to do with the Japanese file names getting corrupted during extraction. I've seen that happen to some people sometimes. As in, you need to extract the game using a JP encryption or something. Did you set your system locale to Japanese before extracting the game?

why change the language? I unpack 7zip or winrar and only then if the caviar does not want to start, then I try it through the locale.

Because that's what the developer recommends, and some people have had problems in the past, where the files got corrupted during extraction, IF the locale hasn't already been set to Japanese before that. I'm just telling you what I saw. The game works fine for me.

I checked the archive with two unpacking programs to eliminate an error about a possible error that some file was lost when opened. and here is the result.

Completely agreed. Absolutely nothing interesting. No real effort put in. Just an RPGM version of a visual novel really.

Well, your PC seems to be in Russian, no? That could be the issue.
The images are there, no question about it. I've downloaded the game from all three links I've provided, and both of the images you've listed are inside and the game works.

Try changing your locale to Japanese, and then extract the game and see if you still get the same error.

EDIT: It's definitely a Locale/Language issue. There are no files in the game called "BbBf_" . They should be called "ＣＧ_Ａ_01" etc.
And they are called that after I extract them. You need to change your locale to Japanese and make sure you have the JP language pack installed.


EDIT2: Or try renaming them yourself, like this:
