I mostly enjoyed my first full playthrough of the current content quite a lot, this is yet another high quality VN as far as visuals are concerned, this has very good writing (as far as a I can tell, as a none native writer) and the style suits my taste for prose perfectly well. The story itself...well, not sure what to say, I mean a lot is kept vague and mysterious on purpose of course, so all I can say is it does intrigue me and it also doesn't seem too random/nonsensical thus far. The characters behave like human beings (well, yeah, there's a bit of porn logic at work with the cop e.g. but this isn't meant to be a 2nd LotR so I really don't think it's a negative) and I can see the appeal of basically any of the (I assume) romance options we get to meet so far. As usually I feel like it wouldn't exactly hurt if the protagonist wasn't such a victim of her own desires but here at least we get to choose to not allow the cop to molest the protagonist, for example, and to me that means quite something, especially since the whole scene plays out quite naturally & it didn't even make me really hate the officer. I've read stories with less pushy characters that still ended up rubbing me the wrong way far more because there was no way to pick "eff off" as a reaction.
My woes with this come down to purely personal preferences and on top of that they might very well be addressed anyway because the story is at the start & there simply wasn't any room for more choices, more voluntary intimacy with a character/characters of our own choosing and whatnot. In fact I feel like a lot of that will come in time so no reason for me to even go about those things yet. Instead I wanna say that this is in my top 5 VNs as far as the design of the protagonist goes, but also the other characters because they not only have their own flair but also really different models.
If there is 1 thing I, again just based on personal like/not that much like, would not mind seeing changed in the future it is Delilah's visual age. I'm not complaining or judging anyone's tastes here, just, to me, she'd be even more appealing if she actually looked like the protagonist's age a bit more, while still keeping her awesome, funky style and personality (well as far as we got to see either, clearly it's hinted that she might be a bit too interested in the protagonist but I like wholesome yandere stuff that doesn't get violent towards especially 3rd parties) but it also isn't a deal breaker.
I don't think I ended up disliking any of the characters so far.
Keep up the great work, if you please, I'm looking forward to how this evolves.
