As in, the Terms of Service (of the Music Provider) didn't explicitly forbid the use of their music in adult games, now they do.

I would be surprised if that happens would think be going a bit to fast for that but who knows. She is one of the paths im not playing , so maybe I missed something

Personally prefer to wait for a complete game. Unfortunately, these games have a tendency to spread for years and in the end even get abandoned. That's why I do buy a complete game that is released even if I've already finished playing it as a thank you to the game creator.
