What i was saying is that I am worried there might be unavoidable sex scenes with the Officer on the submissive path. On top of that I am saying that the interactions with her play out in a way that makes it so Ashe's consent would always be dubious at best, there is 0 chemistry between her and the Officer & a traumatized person such as her fantasizing about the Officer in the ways she does and in the context of their interactions doesn't mean much. And on the topic of harassment: repeatedly harassing a barely adult suspect until the latter goes along with servicing the offender in a sexual way (or even just as a private cleaning lady) would likely be considered a form of blackmail - and certainly an abuse of power - by most courts, as, again, those scenes happen anyway, even if the officer is refused on every interaction. Yes they don't play out the exact same but it's not as if the Officer backs off after the first rejection.

The maid job offer is only something positive from your subjective point of view. It's both shady in regards to legality and morality.

Edit: Also, on a personal note, I am not saying that it's a bad thing Officer Shaw is like that per say, as this is a porn game and I'm happy for anyone who enjoys her type of content. What I am arguing against is that it's a given for anyone wanting to play as a submissive Ashe to be fine with having (potentially) unavoidable sex scenes with Shaw. Her content isn't about submission but about strong rapey vibes and abuse of power. It should be optional even on the submissive path, that's all I'm saying. There is no reason to believe that Natasha is a rapist. The most she does is harass, but nothing more. And there is no blackmail, she has no dirt on Ash and she does not demand anything from her, she knows that Ashe wants it herself , and she is just playing with her. There is nothing terrible here, especially for a porn game. Moreover, the laws in this world may be different.

Of course, this is a positive point. Natasha should have arrested these two idiots for drug possession, but she saved them from punishment, even if it was for selfish reasons, and this is essentially the only option where she definitely broke the rules, but in Ashe's favor. And judging by the dialogue between Ash and Rachel, they clearly prefer the option of cleaning Natasha's apartment, even if something obscene happens there, instead of going to jail.

This is all a distorted understanding because you are too sensitive. Natasha does not abuse power and rape, there is not even submission. She makes Ashe want to be dominated, and this desire is voluntary, Ashe is not forced to want it. It is just one of the paths that you as a player can not to choose, and accordingly, you will make it so that Ashe does not give in to this desire. But choosing this path and then complaining about the consequences of this path, it is strange. Hello, the Kitten path is the path with Natasha, even the name says it all.

Well in all fairness the sex scene Ashe got so far was rather random and also forced on the player, for reasons that I do not agree with in the slightest (from a writers perspective), even though I can get on board with what the Dev's intention was, so it's of course not comparable to the Officer Shaw situation. Problem is it kinda makes it hard to put full faith in more controversial stuff staying optional either, as up to that point I'd also would have excluded the chance the Dev would randomly throw an unavoidable sex scene with a sidecharacter in as well (not even getting the (however remote) chance to have Ashe have her first time with someone she feels for is kinda rough from an immersion perspective and it also doesn't help that one of the potential love interests is basically also included in that but then borderline randomly removed from the scene). There have been so many moments where the same goal (Ashe having her first time) could have been achieved with the inclusion of literally all of the apparent main love interests that it just leaves a bit of a sour taste, in my opinion anyway.

Yeah, absolutely, especially if I had hopes to get something on with the Host of that party in the future. Sleeping with a random person on her party when she clearly is romantically interested in me is 1 of the worst ideas in the long run. Of course in a game the author can write things however they want but it really breaks the immersion in this case.

If I was single and in the same scenario as Ashe the answer would honestly be just maybe because of how introverted and shy I am. But you can try to add it on your own. Download and extract the gallery Mod, then move the extracted rpa file into the following folder: ...\Documents\RenPy_Saves\com.koga3.eruptionimminent\game\
Keep in mind to remove that file again after playing the game, it will otherwise probably interfere with future game updates.

True, and that last part is pretty much on point for this particular thread. Everything to that point pretty much tells us that Ashe wasn't ready before that night, and that there was no one that would've been the right person before of that night

Zoey is the only one that she knows that isn't a friend, or Ashe's own sister (rejected, for now, and mom goes here too, Ashe's just now noticing her in that sense), nor any of the dates she ruined because she wasn't ready yet, nor her friend's little sister because that's still a big no no, or some of her few acquittances, even the new ones all of them still related too close to Rachel, or the cop that could've been if she weren't so damn forceful and even abusive for someone as meek as Ashe, resulting in Ashe liking that in some level or being disgusted by it

Zoey is that one person that doesn't fit there and that pretty much told Ashe that she loked her and wanted her in her own terms. No strings attached, just casual fun sex in a safe place, and just after confronting her own insecurities (either by doing something with Fiona or watching Fiona and Zoey, she's still made part of it, those lingeries thoughts about her friend being materialized), and the ghost of what could've been with Rachel, which helps a lot. So I'm not thinking about this in terms of, "what I would've done", but, "What Ashe would do as we know her", and as we know her to that point in the game, Ashe didn't have a chance, this had to happen and I'm glad it happened in that way, Zoey won't make a big deal of it and Ashe finally experienced sex as something normal, she deserves it
