Let's discuss them. Possible motives of blackmail are:
1. Profit. Ms. X never asked for money.
2. Fun. I doubt this. She plays not only with Ashe, she makes Ashe to play with other people, lowering her position.
3. Revenge. Ashe was a very subtle and quiet girl before the blackmail. She never crossed anyone's road. May be she keeps a skeleton or two in her closet, that's why Ms. X can be a new or a very noteless character from first chapters.
4. Common good. Ms. X could try to make Ashe to leave the city. She didn't.
5. Control. For me, looks like it.

Yes, #1 is the only one I think that can be safely ruled out at this point.

For what purposes could Ms. X control Ashe? For herself, because she likes Ashe. Or for perspective, but what perspectives have duplos in the realm? None, except for porn.

Another possible scenario: Ms. X is also a duplo and tries to change the world by changing young duplos like Ashe. Ashe's a vitim of stereotypes like everyone else. She never did any harm yet she thinks bad for herself. So, Ms. X could train and develop Ashe. Maybe not only her. Yet there are more efficient ways to train a person than a blackmail. Sane person would never follow a blackmailer on their own will.

I feel like you're contradicting yourself here (if I'm understanding you properly). You're suggesting that it's plausible that she's blackmailing Ashe to help her but also that it's not at all efficient to do so. Regardless, I can't imagine that Ms. X is trying to help Ashe.

Delilah is in love with Ashe. She idealizes her. And Ashe answers Delilah. Stalkers harm their targets when they irrevocably reject them.

If MorriganRae plots by the book, it's time for the twist. I'm sure Ms.X shows up. Her game was to move Ashe's away from normals and she would tell everyone that Ashe was a duplo anyway. Because she wanted Ashe for herself. Ms. X awaits Ashe outside the house to comfort her after the incident and to be sure that she won't make her social death into suicide. Almost every choice made at the party wasn't important. For my deepest disappointment, the party is the biggest part of the game.

I just hope that MorriganRae won't drop the realm.

There are many and varied thresholds. From the below 30-35 range up to some events triggering at above 99.

Escalating sexual situations may require a level above 75-80, but much higher than that is where regrettable decisions live.

How do you get to fuck the strippers ? I can only manage to get the scene where they give you a blowjob and stuff, but when I ask to fuck them, even drunk, they reject it.

Ashe can't fuck them if she's completely ignored the blackmail: She has to have received the task to fuck a stripper or she'll bail on it.

Other than that, she needs a relationship score above 4. Getting the drink correct nets a +2, so she needs to have picked up 3 points during earlier conversations, which can be tricky.

The blackmail plot is so stupid that my first impulse was to just ignore it.

There's a lot of content in this update, but I'm not a fan of how it is structured. There are so many mutually exclusive scenes and little transparency for the player in how those scenes are logically connected. I can see that a lot of work and careful thought went into the party, but the result is largely just frustrating.

Story-wise, eh, whatever. Hopefully, Ashe being forcibly outed means she can now begin to get over her hang-ups and be who she is, out and proud (and tell the blackmailer to get fucked, along with anyone else who has a non-sexy issue with her genitals). But it may take some utterly tedious scenes of tearful introspection and selfrecrimination before we get that far.
