I have a somewhat crazy theory that would explain why Vanessa becomes enraged when discovering that Ashe is a duplo, and/or an answer to Ms. X's identity. Here it is:
Delilah installs malware on Ashe's phone, which gives her access to Ashe's pictures. (She learned about it from Fiona) (Perhaps this malware is what exposed SunnyXO):
-> In case it wasn't clear, Delilah can see Ashe's pictures, not her messages.
-> This is why every time Ashe runs into Delilah in public she's staring at her phone and immediately scrambles to hide it (especially when Ashe runs into her on the bus after she just took that underwear picture for Ms. X at the gym).
-> This is why she keeps sneaking off to check her phone at the party. Not because she's Ms. X, but because Ms. X is forcing Ashe to take pictures, and Delilah is seeing them all without context.
We know almost nothing about Moira's politics, and Morrigan makes a point of having Ashe say that she doesn't follow politics. (Many people have theorized that she is campaigning as pro-duplo, I agree with this theory):
-> Moira has been pressuring Vanessa to date a duplo as it would greatly benefit her campaign strategy.
-> This is why Vanessa has been pretending to have a girlfriend.
-> It's also why Vanessa freaks out when she learns Ashe is a duplo. If she had time to think about it, she would've realized Ashe has nothing to do with Moira.

Perhaps part of the reason why she refers to being the postergirl of the campaign as being a "slutty mascot". But keep in mind that dating a duplo clearly isn't a requirement for being the postergirl, because Vanessa was asked while she supposedly has a girlfriend and Ashe was asked as well.
After the incident with Jessica being drugged with Elysium, Moira uses her resources to investigate Ashe:
-> She has access to her medical files, and much to her delight/amazement, Ashe is a duplo. Problem is that the world doesn't know this...
yet.
-> She has access to all of Ashe's text messages, but not her pictures (except for the ones that Ashe sends her).
-> Even if Ashe and Vanessa were to become a couple, the world would still need to know that Ashe is a duplo, or it doesn't help her, which is why she begins blackmailing Ashe as Ms. X.
-> Ms. X tells Ashe that she will eventually expose her. She wasn't lying. Things go sideways however when Ashe get's exposed at the party, somewhat foiling her plans.
-> Moira also just enjoys blackmailing Ashe and cucking her own daughter because she's a bit of a cunt.
There will be footage from Penny's stream of Brianna ripping down Ashe's pants, and of Vanessa screaming at her to get out because she's a duplo which goes viral:
-> What's worse is that there's evidence 'proving' that Brianna and Vanessa are friends, making it seem like they worked together to do this to Ashe.
-> What's also worse is that people will be out for blood with what happened to SunnyXO just days ago.
-> This is an absolute PR nightmare for Moira who has been campaigning on being pro-duplo.
-> Oriana works for Moira as her PR assistant, and will be desperate to come up with a solution to this nightmare of a problem.
