From what I recall Fiona only wanted Ashe to stay away because she knows / can see how crazy her sister is for Ashe not that wouldn't support them but rather trying to protect Ashe more than her sister. At least that's my interpretation of the dialogue. But I could see argument in saying Fiona exaggerate to keep Ashe away as she didn't want to come across as over protective Infront of Ashe or something too.

Fiona directly told Ashe not to do it. Not so much because Delilah was her sister, but because Delilah was still a child to her. Maybe later that attitude would change, but on that particular night it would be unacceptable, because it was too early.
