It can suit at least some porn games, "X-Change Life" is just one of examples. But usually game needs experience or skill mechanics, while in narrative based Renpy it doesn't make much sense. Perhaps failure or success in those minigames will trigger different story re-routes and extra scenes as results?
I don't know how it's going to fit here, but after accommodation of fight mechanics to sexual context in "Karryn's Prison", I hold any premature criticism of adapting game mechanics wrongly, because who knows, maybe dev knows better and that's going to be fun for some reason.

That means, she has agenda, like; she tries to put wedge between Fiona and Ashe by tarnishing her sisters reputation of someone, who can't keep secrets. Since we know, we can try to go into relationship with Fiona, Delilah may want to stop it from happening on early stage. It doesn't mean she's a blackmailer, since that still may be something independent of her and her schemes.
I guess, Ashe as duplo will be in the centre of many different Machiavellian shit brewing around. She should listen to Banshee and learn greater truth behind all that.

The best explanation of the evidence people push for Deli being the blackmailer really indicates that Delilah is being coerced into helping the actual blackmailer.
Hence the theory it might be Kate's wife. I think it might be even be Fiona, considering the last task was to try and get laid

Yeah, I can't think of anyone in a better position to manipulate Delilah into being part of the blackmail plot than Victoria (her other mom). While it could be Fiona, it doesn't seem her style, and her and Delilah aren't matching their stories at all. Seems too Machiavellian to have a double bluff built into the scheme.

. But nah, i remember the text specifically said they wanted to see ashe fail trying to sleep with Vanessa, not a goal fiona had in mind for ashe . Also no point in seeing the best friend being the actual blackmailer when the dev went through the whole segment of ashe pouring her heart out and telling Fiona her secret.

My pushback to that is Delilah isnt good enough of an actor to pull that off imo. If she is that intelligent and skilled at acting to not reveal she knew about Zoey/Ashe hooking up the next morning she wouldn't have absentmindedly revealed she knew Ashe was a duplo. Also seeing how flustered she gets whenever Ashe interacts with another girl there is no way she would push Ashe to go on a date with Vanessa let alone try and get her to hook up with her. Delilah is probably just an unwilling accomplice.

Like I mentioned didn't the text specifically say they set up ashe to hook with Vanessa because they expected ashe to fail ?? Maybe it was a way for delilah to show that she loves ashe for who she is ,and other ppl dont ?
And I well aware the dev is very on the nose with delilah being the suspect and she most probably is a red herring but I wish the real culprit is some unrelated third party .

Real culprit likely is an unrelated third party or a third party from Ashe's past that we've yet to find out about. Realistically it's the only way for the dev to avoid basically killing off an LI entirely for a lot of people, on top of that there aren't too many people that fit the narrative of the blackmailer either
The problem I have with the evidence is that I don't think Delilah had the time or means to set up the first message. Also Fiona hints in one conversation that phone fuckery is going on on a wider scale and Sun's fate having some similar notes to where Ashe's blackmail victim plot is going make me think it's an outside force and Delilah either is being led around by the blackmailer as well or caught a look of Ashe fucking Zoey and knows of Ashe's sex from that encounter.

Blackmailer expected Ashe to fail fucking Vanessa (it was the blackmail task), not hooking up, as they already are.
