Someone was talking about how in the cuckqueen route Ashe spies on Lexi and Layla, the kiosk owner, instead of both having sex in the siren route.
They also talked about other exemples, like Natasha being only on the kitten route. And so on.

Something that just occurred to me, but for Ashe to be bottomed by anyone, they would discover she's a duplo. And the only mono that Ashe trusts with her secret is Fiona

That is indeed true. If not Fiona it will take some time for it too happen. Unless that mysterious person actually ends up being successful in drugging everyone in the party.

I saw smn mentionning the blackmailr might be Isabella. At 1st, I thought the same bc she has an uknown grudge against the MC and being her twin's bff since such a long time it wouldn't be weird for her to be aware that she's a duplo.
However, the last scene made me doubt yk since we see her with Cleo, then we see delilah with her mom and we see a hater with Luna. The hater might also be a completely and entirely unrelated to the blackmail and the dev/s may just want to put us on the wrong. So yeah now, Idk anymore, I do have prime suspects though
I'm ashamed but I don't rly remember most characters lol.

Didn't someone propose that Deli might be being coerced by Ms X? Seems to make the most sense to me, but then I always thought she was too sweet and innocent to be the blackmailer. And certainly sweet and innocent enough to fall into a trap set by Ms X

I am starting to agree with this idea. The way she was agonizing over her phone and her need to go the university party despite not being invited, these are making me thing Delilah is somehow being coerced into helping the mastermind behind the whole blackmailing threats.

I mean, maybe she's kitten route exclusive for NOW.
It'd be weird to have her on the sirene route while Ash is still figuring out how to be a "dom". Plus it was obviously hinted there'd be a confrontation with her in the future after sending her the message.
But maybe you're talking abt the fact that we don't get to see much on the cuckqueen route? I honestly think the cop could have recorded her sis doing the deed and it wouldn't have been out of character. But maybe dev/s is keeping this for a much hotter scene for them in the future.

You know, what irks me most about this whole debacle? Here we have less than a handful of people complaining non stop for the dev to add more and more branches

like what was said, we don't want more branches. afaik there are 2 current branches with Fiona that is determined a chapter or 2 ago, which is she fucks you or she doesn't. We just want an extra option to go from branch A where she wants to fuck you, to branch B where she doesn't. Both branches already exist in the game, but it requires replaying from like chapter 3 or something just to avoid 1 scene 2 chapters later.

It's a good theory, it could also be that someone is using the internship to make Delilah do what the blackmailer wants, although I don't see Delilah as someone who would sacrifice the love of her life for an internship, but given the little information there is, it's the best I have.

LIke I said the last scene migh not even be related to the blackmail plot and might be just the dev/s toying with us lol. I think for exemple that Vanessa would be a prime target of hate for a lot of ppl lol. Given the way she acts like for exemple with tha wannabe influencer she just shoved her out of the way lol. That was funny. But yeah you get me.

That's where you mess up though, those aren't Fiona dependent, they are entirely different routes.

It's not just a case of switching over.

The problem I see with an opt out option for routes is that when you do you still where on that path before so certain decision you made might affect things that are not planed or you might have weird conversation about something Ashe did but you never saw since it would have been an alternate decision. And if you have off branching do you also want on branching? Having that choice can become murky way faster than you think on a story perspective, not a coding one.

Are you alright with having glaring inconsistency when you off branch that would make the game feel cheaper?

If I was a dev I am not sure I would like to give the players an option at every turn that would basically erase a lot of previous choices and replace them with something else that might have other choices but weren't made so I make them for you and you are still angry. No in retrospective I would not give so much choices. The best I think I would be willing to offer when on a route is a skip option. You know the one people usually don't like. The one when things happen in the story, you simply don't see them.

Now I admit you want an Off ramp at the first interaction which is more reasonable, but would you be angrier to have a choice here and be refused that choice later when the stakes would be hier? here at least the choice is in the previous update.

If you complain because you only keep one save then the only thing I can say is you havent played enough of the original Tomb Raider when it got out. That game teaches you to save a lot and often.
