The dev feels that bad animations are worse than no animations and she's not confident that she could make good animations. AFAIK, it's not planned for any time soon, if at all.
I think they are too occupied with pictures to make clips. Release intervals are already too big.
For some reason, I have this hunch, and I can't explain it why; that if Delilah is not the culprit, she might know who actually is (well, I suppose technically speaking, if she were the culprit herself, she'd know it too). Also with that end to ep.6, I think a few candidates can be crossed off the list.
