I hope so too, but my experience with AVNs is that in general in these kind of situations it will probably get even worse first before it gets better (unless we're close to the end of the story).
it depend how many chapters are plan cause I feel like we should be at or close to the middle of the story where everything should go down hill now and some of our choices will start to have impact. i chose siren route so i am expecting the cop to show up in this or next chapter to cause ashe more major problems.
There a lot of content already with all the variations, but storywise we barely left prologue.
So i don't expect it to end anytime soon.

The exclamation mark has nothing to do with the type of scene. It just means that you unlocked said choice/interaction due to certain things that you've previously done. Example: During the party, if you get intimate with Lexi, you have the chance to tell her Ashe is a duplo. If you do so, you unlock the choice of Lexi licking Ashe's pussy (with an exclamation mark), which otherwise would be unavailable.

You can choose which one does the lap dance to Ashe during the quiz. If you win, you'll have a private show, and if you've managed to gather enough points with said thanks to your interactions with her and by choosing her favourite drink successfully, you might unlock the chance to have sex. That being said, you can't fuck both of them on the same PT, and if for instance you did the quiz with Scarlett, but then choose you approach Ramona, you won't be able to have sex with her either. You also need a hefty dose of liquid courage in order to be able to ask them for sex, I believe it was a 75% level of drunkness or something like that

If you win the quiz, you can interact with your chosen stripper (frottage with Ramona, titfuck with Scarlett), but only with a specific level of drunkenness can you request full-on sex.
They explain exclamation marks at the start of the game right when you meet the cop Natasha, but tbh its quite early and its easy to forget what they mean(you probably wont see one for quite a while after that tutorial).

You need to be drunk IRL to understand all the secrets of this episode. Otherwise, it won't work.
