If you have done the uncensor correctly it does not have a censored texture.
Maybe you used the x86 instead of the x64? Or you didn't extract the Uncensor into the plugins folder but into the main Folder?

Great game, a good amount of content and although it gets more and more extreme I think it's very nice that the Mistress obviously plays it up a bit and after the session reinforces her love for the protag etc.

happened to me. I ran the unity crash handler then launched the game as administrator and it solved the problem, waited for about 15-20 seconds tho

I'm only using the dumb renderer in my plugins folder and it's fully uncensored. The penis is not detailed though, it's just a basic colored texture. You should post a screenshot so we can clarify.
