most of the so called "NTR" scene are just in the background for now
the closest u can see is if u check the H state once a cutscene happened
for example the first night with the mayor
the dev mentioned u can only see it through okamoto POV for now
The game author did not pay attention to the development of the plot.map is too cumbersome...

if you start a fresh game in v.28 and meet the old man in hotel before doing his questline - his questline becomes borked and you can't even bring him his tea because he disappears, or enter cultist cave since guards do not spawn at the entrance
