I also tried to follow the template guide, kinda easy but I got all the information about the game from DLsite, so its not much

Game is action, side scroller but there is no prefix for Action - so I guess like Escape 2, yall can call it others

taken from the internet where a player had the same problem with civilization V:
"Go to

You must be registered to see the links

and download the dll file that's missing.
Extract to C:/windows/system32
if that doesn't work, extract to the installation directory for the software"

just to be safe than sorry: always have ya AV on guard and running before ya download.
oh and DON'T download their fucking client or so. the file you need can be found if you scroll down a bit. one for 64 bit and one for 32 bit. the specific dll can be found here:

Just Downloading the exact DLL File will do nothing other than open your PC to possible harmful infection...
It's a DirectX9 Thing... Just get the latest DX9 Installer from Microsoft Website and Install it... That's the safest and optimal solution...
