I absolutely love this game, but can anyone recommend similar ones?

Do you mean
1. A Twine based story that uses IMG and WEBM files gathered from the internet.
2. A story about a male who becomes a (possibly transgender or female) prostitute.

is there any more to this game than just sex all day pay your clinic bill and the occasional visit by dad and to the therapist i mean i got stuck being pregnant for like forever, till i used the plan b to smite the lil guy and make my tits all saggy, but I havent found anything else. That felt really weird to type out.

webm videos will not play in game. Text only. I'm using Firefox browser tried everything still the videos will not play I only get text.
When you download the image files and extract them they will be in a folder named p. Take that folder out of the html folder so that it's next to the html folder. I know that isn't a technical term, but it's the best way to describe it. Basically the pictures aren't playing because the file location is inside a folder that's inside a folder.
Or to put it another way your game folder should look like the following:
... Where p is a folded containing all the WEBM files.
NOTE: IF you don't have a p folder then you have downloaded one of the HTML file only updates (like those found on the original IGDB site), in this case you will need to either:
a. Download the release found on the OP of this thread, I believe it contains the WEBM files**.
(** but I am not sure as I didn't obtain the game from here.)
b. Download the Version: 1.0.2 - Full release from the IGDB site, it contains the WEBM files needed for v1.0.5.

That's my problem I did down load from the OP and my dir for that game is P and the html however the videos will not play I get the text only
Then I also download from IGDB and got the same result same dir p, and the html that's my dilemma so even with both downloads being tried and still no videos being played I'm at a loss.

I even went as far as downloading a webm player thinking that the videos might be botched, no they play just fine. They just don't play in the game.
Exactly which version of Firefox are you using, and is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
Which operating system (brand, version, edition, 32/64-bit) are you running?
Have you tried any other brand of web-browser?
I just downloaded the release on IGDB and tested it on Windows 10 Pro using Firefox 53.0.3 (32-bit) and then 55.0.2 (32-bit) (after Mozilla force an update on me *sigh*) and the WEBM video worked in both of them.
