Doubtful, very doubtful like 100,000 to 1 doubtful that this dev will ever make another update to this game. I would love for him to prove me wrong and release a huge update that finished the game, but It is very unlikely. at one point this game was making the dev around 2500 a month in patreon donations. but a few lies and some angry rants from the dev later and he is down to 200 a month. Even if the dev went back to full time production on this game its doubtful he would ever get back the patrons he lost because of the disrespect he showed his active patrons when he had them.
