This is a vanilla game. Rape/ntr etc will not be added. If you are looking for something similar to Lauren's scene in Once in a Lifetime you will not find it here as the dev said he did not want to add content majority of his playerbase would dislike.

Depends on what you mean by that.
The MC raping anybody? No, that would not work in the game and utterly ruin the story.
The MC getting raped by another woman? One could argue that already somewhat happened, but it wasn't really portrait as a rape.
One of the LIs getting raped by someone else? No, Cari had a scene like that in his previous game Once upon a Lifetime and even though it was easy to avoid, his community utterly hated it so he kinda vowed never to implement something like that ever again.
A smaller character getting raped by another smaller character or a villain? That almost happened in the game twice before the rapist got...interrupted and I don't think we will see a full scene like that in which the criminal succeeds.

Do you really to incite a mob in the thread? That's a no go. Same with the others who've asked before for NTR, swinging and so on way back before you did. Cari is not going to include those in Eternum.

It's not in the gallery because it leads to a bad end later down the line (to get the scene you have to sell her to Orochi during the Yakuza meet and not accuse him of being the traitor (he dies if you do otherwise)).
I actually wish the animations were slower. To my mind they're all a bit sped up, and it detracts from the intimacy of the scene. Jackhammer fucking = porn brain rot. Nothing wrong with slow sensual lovemaking, even exquisitely slow to the point of motionlessness. Ironic you post this after the Alex scene, which to my mind was full of the rough kind of sex that you apparently like.

Ideally (and logically) Cari will vary the scenes depending on the LI and the situation. So a first time with Annie or Luna should be slower and more careful.

It's a bubble of happiness.
But, as I found out before, you can only block 1,000, so you may have to go back and cull your list (it's pretty easy to do) when you hit the limit. I looked for deactivated profiles (they're obvious in their display) and low-frequency posters (account is months or years old, but fewer than 100 comments made).

Well yes, this game is a tad darker than the dev's first game imo. But it is mostly in the way the story goes e.g. some horror segments. All in all the game touches a lot on mystery thriller not on sexually dark topics.
It's not so much because of patreon TOS but rather that the vast majority of the community is not looking for that kind of content. This game is all about the wholesomeness in that regard. The rest was summed up pretty well by Takkatakka I think
Sell lauren to orochi - he ends up raping her. And no that scene is not in the gallery. It results in a bad end.

Jokes aside, everyone gave Cari the business so damn hard that he effectively never animated it, he ain't touching NTR ever again, and he has NO interest in ever even trying this again...
