Pregnancy tag is only applied when the game already has it. It doesn't... yet.
And yes, Caribdis already applied pregnancy on his last game (not only visually, but even plot wise), and Eternum will probably have that (if I recall correctly he already confirmed it), but the forums only apply tags that the games already have.

You can check how much progress there is. I think it was 7-8% every 2 weeks? I think a hopeful November or December update.

It's 6% every 2 weeks. Only time it broke that was when Cari took a few extra days so that Prog Bar updates to 69% (nice).
