If you mean she's not expressing herself as much, that's just her character. She's not nervous-shy like Annie but she's very reserved. Although you giving H scene as the reason to be more or less interested by a character makes me think your horny brain prevent you from appreciating her character to begin with (circling back to the message you quoted, where I subtly listed why she is interesting and awesome). If you mean not much screentime or whatever, it's not correlated to her character so I still don't see how it would make her less interesting.
I mean it's fine, everyone has their kinks. I'm more of an embarrassed blushing and hand-holding kinda guy so really even without H scene Luna became my favorite very quickly.
Anyway, you don't remember much from her because you don't vibe with her vibe as much, like I said. I remember her scenes the most because I do vibe with her the most. I mean it's fine, we're all different and stuff, just please don't try to justify your lack of interest with inaccurate characterization of the character as they are depicted (at least if you want to avoid feather ruffling as much as possible).
I know it's hard. It happens a lot here. People have a hard time aknowledging the difference between their preferences and what really is. I'm usually quiet about it, until someone start saying something like "she's the least this or that" about my favorite character. So please don't do that, all Eternum's LIs are perfect in their own way. They're all interesting, and none of them "is a least something".
