I'll do anything but stop what I'm doing once the scene drops.
I´ll be honest, I´m having a hard time understanding what you mean with that.

that wont be threesome that'll be triathlon. cari is even going to be smooth with it by transitioning from alex swimming and dalias running into orion cycling between two of them.
I´d be fine with that. I haven´t really thought how that scene could happen, but he will have to cycle between them.

well they are implying that once the scene drops they are doing certain something and also that they would do anything but one thing they wont do is stop doing that certain something once the scene drops.
and given the context clues its safe to assume what the certain something they doing is and also what scene drops they talk about

unfortunately with the current 7-8 months devtime, looks like 0.9 will be the only one in 2025, BUT that also means we'll get 0.10 and 0.11 in 2026.

if he sticks to 13 updates in total, we get 0.12 in 2027 and, unless he switches back to "0.5 speed" for the grand finale, we'll have to wait till 2028 for it...
0.7 was a hair under 8 months, 0.8 a hair over 9 months. So I think the current devtime is more like 8-9 months.

Probably safe to say the days of 7 month developments are over, especially when the latest one was the biggest update. While he doesn't need to make the next one the same size, the bar was set to new heights so it's kind of human nature to feel like if you don't get at least close, people will be disappointed.

Heck, I doubt 0.8 ends up being the biggest update when it's all said and done.

So if the next one comes out August-September, then the one after that would be around May of 2026, which means only 7 months until it's 2027.

To me it's looking like we'll only get 1 update per year the next two years. Then we'll see what happens in 2027.

Cari had unexpected hardware issues around the final leg of this update's development though. So if not for that then the update would've gone out sooner as planned, not later. :HideThePain:

As I said on release, I believe this to be the "best" single update of an AVN that I've ever played. I still wouldn't expect every update to improve on the prior one but happy to be proven wrong!

No. I'm really not and luckily I had the last update downloaded still to check for myself and they end in the same spot.

So you think everyone who downloaded the update from here and played it is just having a fever dream?

I think you’re confused.
They aren't, they just did zero things to see what the issue might be with an unofficial leak they got from a pirate site and constitute a prime example on why some people should not be allowed to get their hands on potentially buggy early access versions...

Something I found out from a few tests. The ending screen for 0.8 is coded like the one from 0.7, so any save made on the ending screen will act as if you had already reached it and end the game, sending you back to the main menu. Call it a bug or an error, shit happens. I originally replayed a bit, so I didn't even notice.
Starting from any earlier save or rolling back gave me no issues and I could play the update from that same downloaded version.
This is what happens when people download unfixed early access leaks instead of official releases and don't give it any additional thought.

Edit: I did rollback quite a bit, so to safe anyone having this issue might want to try the earlier save thing and skip.
