Still would've made the Public release before Christmas feasible (making total dev time hit the intended 7.5 months since development for 0.8 started mid-April) instead of it being moved to early this month, is what I'm saying.

I'm getting an error trying to load a save from 0.7 and play 0.8 for the first time. First tried it with Multi Mod then without and get the same error. Was from a fresh dl/extract. What the best way to get help on this? Are old saves not compatible?

Great update as usual. I was just thinking to myself during the end of the Dalia section that it was a little disappointing that Calypso isn't getting as much screen time in the game. During the first few updates, I thought she'd play a bigger role but it's exciting to see that we'll get a Calypso section in the next update. Hopefully it doesn't take another 9 months though. I remember when OiaL was releasing and there was an update every 3 months. Eternum updates are bigger though so it kind of evens out but I really hope this doesn't become a BaDiK situation where the time between updates keeps ballooning.

I had a quick question about how the teleporting power works. Do they still have access to their inventory if they don't use the implant? I though it said they didn't and they always have to find clothes when they don't use the implant (presumably because they don't have access to their inventory) but Nova was still able to access her weapon in the pirate server. Also, he can't teleport to other servers while in a server right but doesn't he do that during the Alex scene? Maybe I missed something.

Did you use Sancho's mod in 0.7 if so you need to install this save fix with the Multi Mod

Orion thought he couldn't but obviously that wasn't the case as revealed in that scene (then again most of what he knows about his powers is educated guesswork until proven otherwise).

That someone can call these scenes "mediocre" is beyond me.
Yes, 0.8's scenes are even better. But no, these scenes are NOT mediocre.

I wholeheartedly agree.

This is, to me, simply the best game I have played in the last 10 years in any genre.

I am loving the ride, and feel empty at the prospect of having to wait for the next installment.

Indeed.

He is another 'immortal' with similar abilities to the Founder and Orion.
His full story is yet to be revealed.

guys im having an issue, my screen goes black during the animation scene with nancy and nova, the issue seems to persist only during animated parts and not still images, anyone has the same issue/a solution?

Sounds like you've angered God and have been cursed for all the days you walk the Earth, nigh unto the seventh generation. I recommend confession and buying indulgences if you can afford it, and if the problem persists you should look into exorcism.
