I looked around, but I don't have a shot of Idriel's caboose, either. Does anyone recall seeing one in-game? Did a quick search, but I'm not opening roughly 480 separate messages in hopes that Idriel's ass appears.
Maybe in that weird "dream" sequence when she just appears in-game for no reason and talks about how awful forced immortality is? I think there a shot from behind her, but it might be just the back of her head or something.

You must be a patron of a certain level and after the Game is completed you can get them if I remember right.
Official cards, no. Dev mentioned that he would only release cards for patreon subs on the higher tier after the full release (which could be years away).
