The Ironlily illustration is dated March, 2023. Don't know who inspired who, or where both of them might have been inspired by someone else (might have been a discussion long ago about characters in some sci-fi kind of thing that links it, but don't remember), but saw the Ironlily yesterday.
If interested, Ironlily, has a pixiv account and is on FB. Her subjects tend to be Medieval/Renaissance era, some "NSFW" but very little truly "lewd". If you're into it, it's some fun stuff. In saggytarius defense, in the real world tits so big and so perky are one in a billion, and the girl need to do a lot of exercise to have the strongest back in the world, and the pain will be extreme. Gravity can be challenged but not defeated.

But in Eternum your Entire body goes into sleep and you feel what's happening in game, The case is in Eternum the only way you log out is going into an Exit portal, you can't just log out in the middle of game (cause if you shut the Device down you might go to coma or die)
And the killing thing is Part of the Game, (technically there are safe servers where killing is not allowed) even though you die, it really won't kill you IRL
The thing is even it is in Eternum rape is still rape (and the trauma it'll give could ruin someones lifestyle) and the objective of the game is collecting gems by fighting each other and raping someone doesn't make you progress in the game at all. That's why it's ruled to be illegal.
The way luna killed those random soldiers with pyramid head would definitely cause trauma. Regardless of whether or not it is allowed, getting killed especially if the game is realistic would ruin people psychologically, give them ptsd and ruin their lifestyle same as rape.
But that said people are overthinking this. Its a porn game and a fun harem romp. This is similar to a lighthearted action anime where you can just sit back and have fun playing. The storytelling is fun, I like the characters and the game looks pretty. I dont want to ruin it by overthinking every little aspect.
