Depends on how you play - do you do multiple routes, do you actually read the dialogue, etc. I tend to read these at a medium talking pace and get 3-5 hours from each release. My rule of thumb is that a good VN gets you about a half hour of play time for each month of development. Hoping for a good 3.5-4 hours of "basic" play on this release.

I won't complain about it - I just accept that it's usually the case, and often don't even download until about the time of the public release anyway.
