Even chest wounds aren't likely to make you choke on your own blood or gurgle on it. Unless the stab/bullet nicks an artery and it bleeds into your lung. Or a shot to the trachea/esophagus/mouth, then you'll see people choking/gurgling on blood.

i actually thought it was about 0.7's ending, only later realized it was about the beginning XD
