Yeah, but she must've seen some form of intamicy in that case, otherwise how can she tell that all girls are in a relationship with MC to be flustered about it?. If you are in both girl's path, she also says "We... we seemed to be more than fine, actually.", the threesome interpretation comes from that, but she also could've seen an "intimate" moment (sexual or otherwise) between her and Annie without MC. Another detail regarding the question in that chat with Cari, if you're not in Luna's path, there's no vision, she wears her gloves in that moment.

That child support would bankrupt even Ulysses, in any case that doesn't align too much with the text and Luna's reaction though, and the same question applies, how does she know?. Another thing is: the only requirement to see that vision is to be in Luna and Annie's path, doesn't include the other girls, so no Harem ending either, specially since it's a vision of Annie's future that happens to include Luna ("We"). I agree though that it's not necessaryly a sex scene, also MC may o may not be there, it could be a vision with Luna and Annie waking up naked in a big bed with MC in the middle or Luna and Annie taking a shower together and kissing, who knows, but it must be something between those two, intimate enough to make Luna blush that hard and to reflect this: Annie - "Was it bad?". Luna - "It... it wasn't. At all. Just that... I mean...I don't think that's ever gonna..."

Well, it actually has an interesting story and very likeable characters and it is quite funny, if the humor hits is down your alley at least. This just isn't much of a FAP game and only now reaches the point at which the MC and all the LIs start to get close enough to each other, but the scenes that are already in the game, are - for the most part - very well done.
But it also has some downsides. It has a very clear intended "canon route" to play it and with it basically only a right choice and a wrong one in most instances. It overall is pretty linear for the most part. There are a few open-roam scenes sprinkled in here and there, but that's about it. So yeah...as any game it isn't for anyone but obviously a lot of people like it.

Obviously we'll have to wait and see what Luna's vision was, and all we can do is guess in the meantime, that's just what I had in my head. Probably completely different, that's just my internal placeholder, lol.

Review:
After finishing OIALT and seeing this was by the same dev, I instantly downloaded and finished the entire game in a single day, let me tell you, it gripped me hard, holy shit, I didn't know what I was missing. I always saw people recomending this, but never thought to download, but now, I can't wait for the next update.
I really liked OIALT, and because of that, I don't want to disrespect it, but Eternum is an upgrade in pretty much every single thing. The way the game treats the LIs is much better. In OIALT, the game revolved mostly around the main story, so there wasn't much room for development with the girls who weren't part of it. The secondary girls don't get much. Jasmine is a bitchy rich girl, then she gets fucked twice and is in love and ready to abandon everything in order to live with MC and his harem. And even amongst the main girls, Carla and Rebecca don't get a lot of content. I like how in Eternum, most girls already start with their own implants and then Nancy and Penny get convinced early on to join in, making them a part of the main plot. And even outside of the main storyline, you get to have quality time with the girls. Visiting Luna's family, Penny's photoshoots, party with Penny and Nova, etc.
Honestly, I'm loving the game. If you look in the dictionary the definition of "came for the porn, stayed for the plot", you will see a picture of Eternum. All the LIs are great, so much so that I have a hard time choosing a favourite (Calypso still needs a bit of work, the stick up her ass still annoys me a bit, but I'm sure this will change in time). The story is great, the fact that Eternum has different servers with different themes, allows for Caribdis to explore a lot of cool things, like the sci-fi date with Annie, or the investigation with Luna and Annie, etc. And the humour is pretty much the same as it was in OIATL, which was right up my alley.
Theory:
Now, there are almost 2k pages of discussion and I don't know how many of those are just about the last update. I haven't read many of them, but some of those I read, posed some theories about death and resurrection, or about a possible loop, or something. One I didn't see posed, but maybe has been and I just didn't see it,

The game is linear with some self-returning branches. Even if you don't romance a single girl, the 0.7 ending happens.

On another note, has Cari mentioned anything about diverging paths going forward? As much as I like the game, I didn't really enjoy having to choose between the werewolves or vampires side of the story. I really like Luna, and the werewolves are much better characters and the path in general is better, but I really liked the interations with Penny in the vampire story much more. The "She is not my wife, yet" and the dance were really cute.

One thing I am thinking about lately is whether the game has to many LIs. Before you slaughter me, hear me out. Of course it's nearly impossible to choose 1 or even 2 LIs to remove, now that we all got to know and love all of them. But I think things would be different if there were only 6 LIs to begin with.
I was thinking, the game was released in September 21, nearly three years ago. Considering the development time of 0.1 aswell, we are over 3 years in now. And still, half of the girls don't even have their first full sex scene, no girl had more than 1. Even if you take 0.8 into account, chances are high that at least 1 or 2 girls (Luna / Caly?) still won't have their first full sex scene. If you are a Nancy fan, you had to wait like 20-22 months between her last scene in 0.5 and her next scene in 0.8 (probably). But even if you don't look at the sex scenes but only screen time, in my opinion 8 LIs is just to much. Considering you need 3 hours for an update (my reading speed), you have 23 min for each girl every 7-8 month. And that calculaton is not considering the screen time of other characters like chang or the founder or Orion being alone taking some time aswell.
Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining about the time between updates. Quality needs time and I prefer having insane quality in every single aspect over having more updates. But this is just another reason to focus on less LIs. At 0.7, with 6 girls, every girl could have a scene more by now, while maintaining the same quality.
Again, I am not talking about removing some girls now, I am thinking about how the game would be if there were only 6 LIs from the start (or in Caris game after Eternum). Because you can't miss them if they never existed in the first place
