The good:

We finally are getting to the stage where the MC realizes he's building a Harem and not denying it. As in OIAL, Cardi does this incredible well where we actually feel that the MC loves everyone, as each has their own personality and reason as to why the MC loves them. Good forshadowing with multiple threesomes (Annie+Luna, Dalia+Alex, Nova+Penny) and a clear Harem leader in Nancy. Renders and Animations are top notch again, but we come to expect that. Plot moves forward at a reasonable pace with a getting another Gem and meeting Tartanus/Wyatt.

The bad:

MC's ability to teleport to Eternum was a good idea, but as many said before, he should have never gone with Dalia. He nearly died a week before while walking to get Pizza, but now wants to spy on a Billionaire which they suspect uses some form of cheats/illegal method to win the event. The only reason is so we can have Dalias first time be in Eternum but still in Reality, which felt kinda meh. No scenes with Penny at all after the last Sex scene felt a bit surprising, as well as giving Nova back to back scenes. We all knew that most girls are Virgins, but having two first times in one update made the 2nd one with Dalia not as special, could have spaced it out over multiple updates or changed the order of the girls in previous updates.

The ugly:

Not to much, main problem I had is that EVERY girl is a Sex freak. I got it with Alex, Penny and Nova. Their personalities make sense as they feel more mature (Alex, Penny) or you could sense it with their shyness (Nova). But for Annie, that made 0 sense. Annie is like 155cm, barely 18 and looks like shes weighting 50kg, so I didn't really understood why Cardi went this hard with Annies 2nd Scene (after she came back from the Bathroom). We already have 6 girls which all liked to be fucked hard, why couldn't Annie be different? Why not make her someone where MC has sensual Sex with more words of affirmation and intimate moments?

Overall:

Even though I did wrote more negative things then I expected at first, this probably comes because we all have such high expectations of this game. None of these are game breaking or "I'm never going to play this again" and also some personal preferences. This game is one of the Top 3 and with each update raises the bar for the other games (Pale Carnation and BAD especially) which should make us all incredibly happy.

Great update, can't wait for the next one.


Also, I didn't love the Dream sequence, but also didn't hate it. It was fun but I would prefer if for future updates the time of development would be spend on more Lore and Plot, but I'm pretty sure Cardi has earned the right to do the things he wants to do.

The short answer,This is an AVN Fucking everyone is a given. The quit tiny girl is always the biggest freak.

I had the same message (that I have finished all the content in this upgrade) appear before I upgraded to 0.8, but I thought the new update would show me new stuff and not an message, you have to wait for 0.9?

I had same thing happen. Had to reload a different save where characters were still visible on save file picture. If its a save where at the end of an update its that blue screen it bugs out saying you completed the 0.8 update.

i think if you go back to one save earlier it will not give that message. Hopefully you save often when you think the end is coming.

Okay, so I have some thoughts on your thoughts. First off, Calypso didn't teleport Orion to herself, Orion teleported himself to her. If you go back to the end of 0.7, he starts to say Calypso's name before passing out.

As for their not being a lot of plot, that's fine, because the story made progression regardless. The crew managed to obtain a stone and are on pace to collecting their 4th stone. Orion is cementing his feelings for the various love interests. If it's all plot all the time, the game would feel entirely different.

Orion getting shot was a big deal in a sense that it was a plot point that was used to have him discover he can teleport into Eternum. While getting shot would normally be very bad and there would normally be fallout and reactions all around from it happening, the fact that he could get healed is what makes him and the girls treat it as less of an issue: more of a close call. It's like if you hear about a friend getting into a car wreck but they survived. Yeah, you might be worried about them when you were initially told, but once you found out that they're uninjured or lightly injured and are able to function normally, your worry would be lessened for them and life would move on as normal. Orion got shot, but he already made a full recovery so it's business as usual. No need to stress on the past.

As for your other thoughts, Eternum isn't supposed to be a drama, so a lot of the dramatic beats you're thinking about wouldn't likely work well for this game as it would be a pretty big genre shift. The game is supposed to be more of an action/adventure/mystery/harem game. Yes there are dramatic moments, but they're there to service the plot and provide cliffhangers/further the mystery, they aren't there to change the direction of the story.

I'm of the opinion that Luna's first time might be a threesome with Annie. Or maybe by herself and Annie joins or something. Unless they do the same thing they did with Nova where she had her first time at the end of one update and a threesome at the beginning of the next update...
Other than that, I think the other likely threesomes would be Annie/Dalia (if I remember right, she was complimenting her booty something fierce when she was trying to figure out stuff to say to keep her mind off other things).
Nova/Penny would be probable since they go to the same college (although I don't think it will happen sometime soon since Nova just had two scenes back to back).
Dalia/Alex seems likely since both of them seem to be joking about it and they're good friends. I think they will initially be hesitant when the opportunity first presents itself because they were only joking about it, but then something will happen and they'll be like "eh, fuck it. Let's do it."
I can't see a lot of threesomes occurring with Luna aside from the one already prophesied. She is more of a loner character. The only other person I can picture having a threesome with might be Nova due to their friendship before the game started.
Nancy, because of her relationship with, like, half the cast. can't be in a lot of threesomes. I can see Annie/Nancy and Nova/Nancy, but that's about it. She hasn't really interacted with Alex or Luna from what I can remember. Also, keep in mind, the gallery filter is "Group Sex", not "Threesome". Who knows if we might get more than 2 girls in a scene.


I could be wrong, but it looks like Caribdis sprinkled some things throughout the last few updates that leads me to believe the finale is going to involve a massive war. You can choose which side, the werewolves or vampires, to side with, you can choose to help Maat, you are helping the ERE/WRE, and maybe others. That makes me think Orion is unintentionally building up his forces. Plus, I think Maat will eventually come back to be slept with again if you choose to pay her. She says she'll pay you back with "interest."

I meant by immortal means he's a god and cannot get injured. I do know what is immortal.


players do understand how he survived... he teleported himself next to Calypso, and she healed him. that's literally explained by her at the start of the update...

I do know that but still it doesn't make any sense that how the event did happen. He should have discovered his power in a less lethal way.

dying is a panic situation...
and awakening to a new power when you die or during a fight, both are very common tropes. none is really "better" than the other. it's just your bias and preference :D

Nope it isn't my bias and I didn't mean lethal dangerous panic situation but I meant a panic stressful situation like Thanatos is coming to kill MC but MC isn't got killed but going to be killed if any wrong move happens ..... that kind of situation.
