Spoilers for i believe version 0.7..........Hey i am playing for the first time and i am up to the part where you choose between the werewolves or vampires and i am struggling to decide which to pick. Generally i prefer vampires but in this game I liked the werewolves more. On the vampire path however i liked the interactions with penny more than luna and prefer penny a little more in general. Is one path more cannon or a better choice later on in the game than the other?

Just pick the corresponding path to whichever girl you like more, it has no effect other than giving you points for that girl.

be careful because here there a scene with Luna, and if you skip it making the wrong choice, you close the path with her for ever

Do you mean the scene in the barn? Because it doesn't matter whether you pick werewolves or vampires, so long as you choose to look for Luna at the barn you'll still get the scene.

I got the scene. I am using the mod since its so easy to make the wrong choice in this game.

Unironically playing for the story and the music. Was hesitant when I first found the game, as an AVN about an "mmorpg" didn't sound that interesting. But I gave it a try, and it might be the best AVN I have ever played in all my life. I am invested in the characters now, and I was lucky enough to do my first playthrough on 0.8.5 before all the bangers got removed.

Found a bunch of new songs to jam out to.
Also, I really like your pen. Alex and Luna best girls, can't change my mind.

Using 0.86+C&C Mod+Music Restoration+60FPS Video Update. Just played a bit so far and I have to say this is amazing. I was never big on VN's but this game has been nothing but fun so far. Is "Once in a Lifetime" on the same level of quality?

depending on how far you have gotten into the story, this game is on a whole new level compared to Once in a Lifetime, both in story-telling and customized HS" renders but tastes varies greatly, so it might not be your cup of tea, no matter what other people say try playing at least a few hours before rendering judgment.

I played as far as meeting a certain Gem holder, so I met a certain blue haired char. I probably would continue playing even if there were no H scenes, but damn this game is really hot tbh. Was more asking if OiaL is as good because I'd would play that next because Caribdis seems really talented.

I was always really skeptical of VN's tbh. I mean I do read a lot, but doing it as a game didn't seem too appealing to me. First one I ever played was Midnight Paradise about a few weeks ago and I was surprised as how enjoyable it was as well as how high quality the presentation was. And now this one which I enjoy even more, probably because I'm into Anime as well. If you have any other recommendations, aside from your sig and OIAL, please let me know.

Alright I created an automatic patcher that restores the games old Music.

Some Songs seem to be removed completly and replaced with a Song with a different Filename :/

But at least there were only 2 (actually 4) songs completly removed.

1) One of the Songs that played while visiting Mr Luna at her House. Hurts to lose that song

2) "Handy Hideaway scene" Got no Idea where that was. No loss there.


The Patching tools isn't perfectly optimized yet, but it works. Do not worry when you think it is stuck. This is normal sometimes.

If it doesn't work try installing "python" and maybe even "pip"

I'm loving this game so much that i have to manually stop myself from playing forward as im worried it will end. This is just fantastic. I'm really worried that how people wait between patches for this one. I suppose its same as Being a DIK scenario

by playing other games while we eagerly and painfully wait for the next update with a cliffhanger ending.. but it is well worth the wait, no matter how long it takes

Pretty much that. Just does it automatically over a Bat/python script. There is a ReadMe with more information included.

Just compared my Version with the other mod and updated some songs. Now all Songs are there. thanks.
And just wanna mention. My Version is better for any people who are not that well advised with the process.
The Folder 08 is only existent for the 0.8 version. That means it is no longer gonna be drag and drop in the next version with the other mod. My patcher doesn't have that problem.
(it searches in the whole audio folder for the files and then replaces them. Not following a certain schema)
