Well, is it assumed that Penny and Alex are not virgins? I thought they weren't. Even then, if we are only talking about Annie, Dalia, Luna and Nova, the same comment I made applies. Nan aside I think the choice to have their first time in their real bodies is to justify their pregnancies later on (if you have the option enabled) rather than any considerations to their virginity (or lack thereof). I know many women aged 40+ who've had multiple kids and still are an A or B cup. Sure, some women do get larger from pregnancy but not all. And even those that do, it often doesn't last once the pregnancy and nursing is over with.
