I know many women aged 40+ who've had multiple kids and still are an A or B cup. Sure, some women do get larger from pregnancy but not all. And even those that do, it often doesn't last once the pregnancy and nursing is over with. The absolute one thing that i dislike about this VN, the MC's... member is just ridiculous. I understand why from both a storytelling and technical perspective (it's a lot easier to animat) plus it's just common in porn games, but there's VNs where you can discredit it as the MC having good genetics.
