Based of this and your other comments, I'm just assuming you aren't used to "anime culture" (that sounds cringe to say ngl
)Caribdis takes inspiration from a lot of things, that being one of them.
But in the later scenes, just like his last game, the MC becomes a lot more dominant.
Of course you may disagree with that.
Also MC being a "creep" is almost synonymous with the entire medium of adult games, it jumpstarts a lot of scenes. Technically you could call Nancy (the girls' mother) more of a creep than him for going after the MC. His traits could even be categorized as just horny hormonal teenager.
If you can't get past it than it is what it is, I just can't agree on the insight that the MC acts like a pathetic loser, especially considering the characters in a multitude of other games that I actually would consider that trait.

Just a mention, while I do believe the MC and/or his mother is from Eternum's world, I don't think (yet) that Idriel is directly related to him. Maybe related to world yes, not family or anything like that.
Besides her mother, I also find odd his interaction with his dad. So his dad had him on Krendon, mother simply vanished when he's young and the father ran away from Krendon. That part is way too vague, and I think it's intentional. I really believe the dad will still be relevant, wether for the good or bad reasons. Maybe he knows the answer but he's simply protecting the MC? I would think he made hostage, but the fact that he didn't care of the MC to return to the exact same city made me forget that. If he really is irrelevant to the story, then I don't really think he is really his father , it doesn't click.
Also, there is something this game didn't explain yet. If Eternum is really not only a game but a conection due dimensions, does that mean that the time paradox is working the same to all worlds?

Finally, this update gave so many questions about Bardot. So he probably knows what Eternum is , yet he's only the shareholder and has no idea of how it works besides the founder? Can the founder really be descendant of Yliar like that? Do Bardot and the founder actually have the same of different goals? At this point I really don't believe anymore they have the same goals anymore... And if not, was the founder the one who imprisioned Calypso or actually created the conection between worlds for someone to save Calypso? Is he an Immortal? Again, I do believe Acheron is the answer for that. But what he did has way too many similarities to Calypso's story, about stealing the power to travel dimensions .
Sorry if the explanation is a bit confusing, but it's hard to explain everything in detail without adding other questions. I guess next update is needed to explain things. Meanwhile Caribdis is reading his fans going crazy with theories while sipping chocolate cookies on tea. All according to keikaku (keikaku means plan btw).

Fucking hell this shit is so fucking good. It's so damn addicting. I've played each update as soon as it released and I still cannot fathom how this man and his team can not only keep the same quality each update, but also improve it beyond my wildest expectations. It's getting to One Piece levels of lore building and storytelling and that's saying a lot. Keep injecting those cliffhangers and lore drops straight into my veins Caribdis <3.

This really is the adult game I've been dreaming of. I've played a lot of smut but this feels like a real show with an amazing story, great buildups, great climaxes (heh) and I don't know how Caribdis does it, but the humor hits me every god damn single time. There was not a single szene where I though the joke missed the mark.

My initial reaction was to refuse it (even before I looked at the walkthrough). And the walkthrough (which is made by Caribdis) says to refuse it. This particular choice has no consequence yet though. Yet...

True, but what I meant is that, if he didn't care about him, why wasn't the mother who took him?
What makes it odd is that he isn't a complete scumbag to the MC, when it comes to VN usual it usually goes to 1 side or another, not just a "superficial" relationship, specially as a single parent. I may be overthinking of course, but it usually implies something needed to the plot.
Even if he really doesn't care about it, I do believe however he knows something about MC's or his mother's origins .
Man, the last update was so lit. That last scene... Alex is probably my least favorite girl of the main cast (not that i dislike her, everyone is awesome), yet the scene was so well made, probably the best i have seen in a adult game yet.
This is one of the few adult games that i actually read the dialogues and enjoy most of the interactions, can't wait for more.
